Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Haley. Other staff were professional and friendly but not Haley! I asked to find a section on ships and she asked if I wanted informative. Not know what that meant as it pertained to the search I said "I don't know, just anything about cruise ships." I got an eyeroll and a very obvious change in demeanor. Not professional at all! Since it's getting harder to find the specific material that interests me at this store and Barnes and Noble as a whole, this experience has solidified my decision to shop on line going forward. Customer service is the only draw these "Brick and Mortar" stores have to offer over online shopping. If you can't offer consistent quality service then your company will go out of business because it will just be more convenient to shop online then dealing with employees with attitude! I won't be back to this store.

I went into the store today and while I was shopping for a book, the new store manager walked over to me and demanded that I wear shoes in his store. He was angry and very disrespectful to a customer that did not comply with his personal rules that are not the Corporate rules. Please don't shop at this particular location if you are a barefooter. He doesn't want any sales to people without shoes shopping there. I also complained to the Corporate office about how I was treated as a paying customer.

Went her with my daughter for the first time. We went to look for a Bible for her, and we spent at least an hour in there. There was so much to look at and different sections we wandered into(that's why it took at least an hr ). The staff was great and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. The cashier that helped us was Alex(Alexandria, I believe). She was very nice and helped us find extra items like bookmarks and page tabs.

We contacted our usual B&N location for a book needed for our child's school. They did not have it at the location, but searched for the book at another location: Metro Center. They gave us the store number, where we called and they had the book! They pulled it, placed it at the counter (with our name) for pick-up! That is GREAT SERVICE!! So much so, that we took the time to browse for additional items and made an additional purchase!!

Taylor at the Starbucks cafe inside the store was very helpful and gave me the perfect recommendations for my taste buds. A brown sugar shaken espresso and coconut cheese cake. So yummy. Sad that the teachers memberships are no longer a thing and my regular discounts did not apply. This will lead to me purchasing more of the books I want from Amazon unfortunately. Overall nice store

Went with a friend to pick out books for my birthday present. Had trouble finding a couple I wanted, but a nice gentleman helped by looking them up for me. One author they didn't carry, and one title had to be ordered to be sent to me. With the gentleman's help I left the store very happy with four new hardbacks. Thank you so very very much. I will definitely be back.

I love this place as it's a great spot for me to sit and do my college papers as well as grab some coffee and cafe treats. Being surrounded by books helps since I need to use some to complete my written assignments. Great place I just say they need a charging area for college students to keep up on battery life for their laptops in completing their school work.

I have been to this location many, many times over the years and the experience is generally very excellent. I recently got some last minute holiday shopping done here and the parking lot was full (not really a problem, there's plenty of available nearby parking) but they had enough staff working to manage the line expediently

I absolutely love Barnes and Noble. The book selection is always excellent, and i love the rewards program! This last visit, the cashier at the counter was so sweet and made great conversation while helping us out. I wish I had gotten her name! But nonetheless my boyfriend and I always have a great experience here. :)

The kids can stay here for hours and so can I. If you sit down you run the risk of talking to nice and sweet strangers! One time I spoke to an accomplished (and Jack of all trades) man in his 70s who loved to read and I fell in love. In another lifetime we could've met, my charming pilot. Oh yeah, they have Pusheen.

I love going here and watching my teens turn into little children again. I watch them put on puppet shows for me and my service dog and we explore all the things we want to know about. I am so happy to see the wonder in my children's eyes over a library and books, especially when everything is going digital.

There are too many homeless people who hang around the front entrance when you walk in or hang around the tree area up front and once you walk out they will either hold the door open for you and ask for money or food and when you reply to them an say No they get very ANGRY.. hire security or something !

Had a great experience at this Barnes & Nobles earlier this week as I was helped by Lawrence who took the extra time to reserve the last available book at another Barnes & Nobles location a little distance away. I will be back again. Very thankful for the great service!

Went there on my lunch break looking for this little gem book. I read it all the time on my phone but really wanted a hard copy. Asked the staff and they helped me find it on the bargain shelf. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great book store! A smaller store than the one by Arrowhead, but still has good selection. They have TONS of tarot decks, but not so many tarot books, which I found disappointing. The rest of their spirituality section is very nice. Wanted so many witchcraft books!

Walked in asked the person at the information desk where I could find, "The Great Gatsby" he walked me right to the books location. I proceeded to checkout. Total time it took was 5 minutes. Great customer service. Will be back. Highly recommend this location!

Area is not great. Good store and clean. Restroom is locked. Which is good and bad. So many great books to choose from. Prices have always been to high. Starbucks inside is a nice touch. Sit down. Drink coffee. Read a book. What more could a girl ask for

When I went in I was greeted right away, employees were very welcoming and helpful. I was looking for a particular book they didn't take more than two minutes to find it and locate it. All while having a smile on their face. Very pleasant visit.

On the outside this seems like a smaller B&N, but this shop really opens up on the inside. There’s a tremendous amount of selections here, trapping any book-lover for hours. Thankfully there’s a Starbucks inside to stay refreshed and awake.

I loved everything that they had there but... I was there for one particular book. I asked for help at the front desk and I was told it was in the medicine isle. There was a little tiny section labeled medicine. Me and my grandsons walked

The staff was absolutely the best, very friendly and helpful answering my questions plus it's a bonus have a coffee joint in the place. I would highly recommend this place. I come here when I want to get lost in my thoughts. Lol

Love this location. It feels the most like a comfy bookstore and they have the best deals for books. They have the best books and the buy 1 get 1 50% tables. I always search through those first. Always find at least 4 new books.

I love coming to this store. I get my Mom's coloring book, dot to dot book and word search book here. She's 86 yrs old and it keeps her mind active. They have lots of specials on books right now. Staff are friendly and helpful.

First time in a bookstore since pandemic. Forgot how inviting it can be. Lots of interesting displays to browse. Also forget how expensive books are here. $12 for a paperback of Dracula! Thought an old classic would be cheaper.

This is a great incarnation of B&N! The layout is cozy and they have a great selection. ( I was able to find the Star Wars "Tarkin" book that I've had trouble locating). I echo the others that say the staff is helpful.

I love Barnes & Noble at Metro! They have a wide selection of books and products and I always find something new. The staff was wonderful and took the time to help and answer my questions!

This place was well kept and had nice workers. We sat at the Barns & Noble/ Starbucks for about 3 hrs looking and reading books while we waited for our flight to go back home.
