Dr. Bodmer Roy is thorough and knowledgeable. She is very approachable and has an excellent bedside manner. What is most surprising is that she has actually called me at home in the evening on a couple of occasions to answer questions. I know she has a young family so this is really going above and beyond. Because there is such a high demand for gynaecologists and obstetricians, it took 5 weeks to get an appointment. It could be far worse! I'm very pleased to have this young OBGYN practitioner as my doctor.

Je n'étais pas allé au cabinet du Dr Bodmer depuis un moment et j'y suis retourné récemment. Elle a changé de bureau et elle est maintenant supporter par une équipe médicale. Quand je l'ai revue, elle n'avait pas changé, elle avait une approche très humaine et très douce. Elle prend le temps de poser des questions et a même apporté un radiateur de chez elle pour réchauffer sa chambre. J'ai trouvé l'atmosphère beaucoup plus agréable et chaleureuse. J'ai toujours eu un bon feeling avec Dr Bodmer.

I recently went for an appointment with Dr. Bodner, and she really took the time to talk with me, and do all the necessary checkups and tests that could be relevant to me. She also personally called me back a few weeks later to let me know the results of tests! Very happy

It seems like Dr Bodmer may be a great doctor but I won't have the chance to find out for sure since the referral my doctor faxed in twice was never received and i had a terrible experience dealing with one of her very rude receptionists

La réceptionniste était très froide et m’a raccroché au téléphone. Elle était extrêmement mal polie. Je souhaitais juste me renseigner sur les honoraires... je n’ai jamais vu un service à la clientèle aussi mauvais.

Amazing doctor but secretary leaves to be desired. Impossible to reach for appointments, sometimes requires calling multiple times a day for a week. If you manage to get through, I strongly recommend Dr Bodmer.

Lovely woman. Very professional but also relatable, and I felt very comfortable with her. In the sense that I knew I was in good hands

Impossible de prendre rdv avec le Dr Bodmer, leur boite vocal est pleine et la réception ne prend pas d'appels.... :(
