It is a awesome restaurant with fine dining located at a prime area in Runwal Green. Place having a great ambience with tempting bar section. The lights, fixtures and other settings were so perfect that I can sit for hours there and enjoy food. Went there with my friends for graduation party. As one of my friend suggested this restaurant. Food was super yummy and awesome. The presentation were to the point. Drinks were super refreshing and temptingm. Let us see what we have ordered : (A) STARTER 1- PERI PERI PRAWNS (5/5) : Prawns in peri peri served with meyo and salads. Prawns were so soft and perfectly cooked. For me it was a perfect way to start your dining. 2- LAL MIRCH MURGH TIKKA (5/5) : Chicken Tikka was yumm and soft. Chicken was well cooked and juicy. The sed sauce on it was awesome. Served with mint chutney and salads. 3- PANEER TIL TIKKA (5/5) : Tried this dish for the first and I totally loved this dish. Paneer was so soft, juicy from inside. This was served with mind chutey which was adding more taste to the dish. 4- COCKTAIL VADA PAV (5/5) : Small vada pav bites were served with different chutneys and sauces. It was like mini vada-pavs. Its was really awesome and something new. Taste was awesome and presentation was super amazing. (B) MAIN-COURSE 1- VEG EXOTICA PIZZA (5/5) : Topped with healthy veggies and loads of cheese. Pizza having a medium thick crush with yummy toppings. It was so cheesy and and freshness of veggies were making this a awesome pizza. 2- WHITE SAUCE PENNE PASTA (5/5) : white was sauce pasta is my weakness since childhood. At this place I had one of the good pasta. The white sauce was so cheesy and yumm. The veggies it it was cooked well and the main part which is penne pasta was perfectly cooked. (C) DRINKS 1- NOVEMBER SEABREEZE (5/5) : This was so tempting and refreshing. Served chilled and the red tempting color was making me drool. 2- COSMOPOLITAN (5/5) : This was alcohol based drink. Tempting and refreshing. You will surely like it. 3- NEW YORK SOUR (5/5) : It was whiskey based drink. As name suggests it was sour and refreshing. 4- TROPICAL PUNCH (5/5) : A thick drinks with strawberry, vanilla ice cream and other fruits in it. A tale of how I visited this bar. Unplanned leave by cook took us to this place. We have covered almost all places in Thane so thought of going a little far for a good meal, I remember a friend of mine telling me about this cool place and so that’s how we landed at Bar Tales Now moving back to Food Tandoori prawns: Prawns were fresh and arrived at our table piping hot, the masala was nicely infused into the prawns Banjara kebab: Tender, juicy and spicy Chicken Hakka Red Chilly: Chef really knows both the Indian and Chinese cuisine well Cocktail vadapav: It was ok Penne Pasta in white sauce: It was creamy as it should be and the portion size was really good. Mocktail could have a little better Ambience: Name of the place suggests it to be a proper lounge but the set up is that of a fine lounge. This place is small and ambience is super cool and instagram worthy. Best part is they have a glass wall separating kitchen and sitting area so you get to see the food cooked right in front of you. Service: Santosh was good with recommendations and delivery time to table was pretty quick. Parking: This place is located in Galleria where parking is not available, had to park in pay and park area. Value for Money: Zomato Gold benefits for food did help to get the price down to nothing, this place is cheap. Cosy little Pub in Mulund !! Located in the plush Runwal Greens, this little place stays hidden at the backside of the eateries. I chose this place to hang out with a friend over a couple of drink during early evening. The initial impression of this place is cosy. As much as the lighting and music sets up the mood, the interior work going on very much dampened it !! It's a big turnoff to have your meals between the deafening sounds of drill and hammering. I ordered a few drinks and a starter. The waiter didn't mention about the happy hours unless it was pointed by us neither could he recommend on what could go better with beer. We ordered a lal mirch murgi tikka as an appetizer and On finding out it would take time we ordered some masala nut munchies as well. Loved the food preparations and the presentations. The food was well balanced on spice and flavours. After a few hiccups at the place,the food turned out to be the winner !! We tried the Live Music Lunch at Bar Tales a couple of months ago and the music was as spot on as the food was appetizing. We chose to try :- 1.Water Melon and Basil Mojito : A perfect blend of mint and lemon flavours into a refreshing mix of watermelon muddled with basil will just makes you calm & relaxed. It was really a refreshing one. 2. BBQ Chicken Pizza : It was delectable in taste, was full of flavours topped with Barbequed Chicken, onion & capsicum with cheese. Properly baked and was palatable. 2.Golauti Chicken Sliders : The sliders are nestled in a soft broiche type bun with patty in the middle. This chicken slider's first bite was extremely amazing. It was spongy on the outside, crispy in the inside and was embellished with mayonease and cherry tomatoes. We just found the ratio of the bun was little higher to the patty hence, the slider was mildly dry while chewing, however the taste was amazing. Highly recommened. Overall visit here was amazing. We were lucky enough to caught the live music & get a place to sit too. Would love to try their other delicious dishes.

Got here with my friends and family at the place and had the worst experience of my life. The owner himself was heavily drunk and tried to talk forcibly to the women in our group even when he was asked to leave by the ladies several times. When the ladies insisted him to not talk to them, the guy started abusing with very ugly language ! started a bar fight apparently because he couldn’t resist rejection politely. The bouncers took him away but he came back (being the owner of the bar) created a ruckus and bouncers had to ask us to leave because they couldn’t control him. Pathetic experience. Never visiting a bar run by such a goon.

I had visited Bar Tales on a Sunday. There was live music and the guy was too good. Very lively crowd. Staff is very courteous. Food is decent. We had a buffet which was served on the table unlike other restaurants where you have to line up for self service. Situated very close to Nahur station. There is a BMC public parking close by so don't park your vehicle's on the road lest you end up paying hefty fines. They have valet parking but as the restaurant is on the first floor I didn't know how to access the service when I visited.

Bar Tales is a decent place to hang out with your friends if you want to let down and have a chilled beer. However, the space is a little too crammed, which makes it hard to navigate around the tables. Food was good, we ordered stuffed mushrooms and chicken tikka along with few pints of beer. Chicken was cooked to perfection and service speed was decent despite being a weekend time.

chicken popcorn is delightful, the quantity is less but taste wise its 10/10 must try,it's not on the menu but you can ask them for it... banjari kebabs were tasty 7/10, along with it we tried rajasthani lal mirch murgh which was 4/10. The place overall, the music, ambience, the vibe, everything is very pleasant. A very good place for a date and for a casual dinner with friends as well. Must visit during weekends.

Cheesy Fries

The ambience is overall good. We ordered pizza, which I didn't quite like, and chicken crispy which was good. But the service was totally bad. The food came very late, despite the restaurant being not even crowded. When we asked for regular water, the waiter said they give tap water or bottled water. We were horrified by this. Do they only bottled water to cook the food also? Or they use tap water which we don't know for how long it's stored ‍♀️

Food is not great but not bad either. When we reached there were 6 empty tables but were told we had to sit on bar stools since we were just 2people. Bar stools are not comfortable. So we were leaving when they called us back and arranged a cramped and uncomfortable table for 2 in a corner. Later we saw groups of 2 were allowed to sit on other tables. A complete lack of sensitivity and customer service. There are good hotels nearby,we are not returning

Liked the ambience here. It's not a huge place as such but we had a good time. The anaconda shots were awesome. Decent amount of alcohol in the other cocktails we ordered. Food was great.. we had murgh Tikka and Banjara kebab for starters.. I think the quantity can be improved for the price. The dessert options were great and satisfying. Music is on.. doesn't have a dedicated dance floor. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Good place and good food...i believe it's too small for a large crowd..it can accomodate around 50 people nicely otherwise it will be too crowded and chaotic...food is ok ok...the good part or the bad part (whichever one might consider appropriate) is the fact that you can see the stuff that is being made in the kitchen...the music sometimes is too loud but is totally dependent on people's choices ..overall 4/5...

Wonderful ambiance with live music! Had visited weekend and everything from the service to the music, from the food quality/portions to the drinks & cocktails were on point! Good place to visit for party or just hangout with friends and family. Its located at good area in Mulund. Staff was good and live music was also lit. They said they have dance floor also after 8pm so it's good for partying too . Not tried any alcohol service but it looks good. And the food we enjoyed was great both veg and non-vegetarian. Good vibe, great bartender, perfect location. The only thing that could be improved is the music. This place plays Bollywood music sometimes, but I guess that's just what the audience in Mulund asks for. I guess this place has an international vibe to it and some good international music would definitely take it to the next level. Service was good as well. Waiters are cordial.

Bar Tales is a great restaurant located at the Runwal greens Galleria. It has a great ambiance and a wide variety of menu. We tried their lasagna,it was really yummy and cheesy. We also had paneer hot basil & chilly and cheese kurkure shots. Both the starters were amazing and tasted too good. They also have live music on weekends and it's a great place to hangout with friends!

I liked the food here. We ordered a few dishes. Pink pasta loved the taste quantity was sufficient for two. Fried rice was also good and i feel the quantity for all the dishes is for two. Located in R Galleria, Runwal Greens, Bar Tales is a decent lounge to catch a few drinks with friends post office hours. Bar tales serves a good mix of local and international liquors and has an extensive food menu too. We usually enjoy a hot toddy here during winter Months. Parking is available. Bar tales also provides home delivery via food apps.

Music was just fabulous. However, the space is too too small .. it looks huge in photos, but it's small. There isn't proper dance space, and the waiters keep coming in between, so all you can do is dance on your seat sitting position. The food was fine. Although have only been to eat here twice the experience was not that good only thing i liked is pasta i have had with pesto as well as pink both were good but fries are served sogy, pizza base is chewy af like it was made some days before and reheated. The ambience is good some day there is live band and rest dj in the house.

Well I don't drink but moved with my friends to enjoy the music thinking it was the live music day. But we were wrong, and got to know after ordering the food that today there is no live music it was off. We misunderstood it. However they are extremely crowded, I was seating very near to another person, from another group. Tasty food with Live band every Wednesday. We booked our table 1 week before because on Wednesday there is more crowd because of the Live band. So, the bar needs around 1 week prior booking . The early you book the better table you'll get.

If u are having a long day, and you are from in and around mulund and Bhandup, Bar tales is where u gotta go for an amazing chill. 1. Drinks - super strong ( upto my liking) 2. Food - amazing taste

Had some amazing fun at tje space. Enjoyed the setup and the music. Food s good and lip-smackkng. Thanks to the amazing staff we enjoyed so much that we were the last to move out of the space.

A good cozy place to have good time with your dear ones. Have live music and other events. Good for family and friends type function

It’s a very small intimate bar/pub. Booze rates are bit expensive according to the ambience and location. Their barbecue chicken pizza deserves a chef kiss. The staff isn’t proactive.

Nice place to hang out with office colleagues and have a small weekend party, place is little small though for dance, You can enjoy live singing show every Friday evening.

If you are in #Mulund and looking for a place to chill, Bar Tales is definitely an option worth trying. A bottle of wine, good music and great service made my evening..

Nice place to hangout. I was in on Tuesday evening and there was very little crowd. Nice ambience. The waiter was very friendly and fulfilled our requests. Great place
