Un service à clientèle affreux et désatreux. Les commis au comptoir ne savent pas donner les bonnes informations. Je leur dis que je n'ai jamais reçus de lettre disant que je devais renouveler mon compte étudiant et ma suprise est de voir un montant élèvé de frais bancaire car on ne m'a jamais aviser. Tu leur dis que tu veux fermer ton compte et il ne cherche même pas à trouver une solution ou te donner conseil !

they are really nice. I am 16 and wasn't really sure what package I had. did to many transactions and when I realized they understood the circumstances and sent me back my money. they are really understanding. thank you so much again

It's been great banking with National Bank Wesmount,the staffs here are wonderful, cautious and friendly.
