I always have issues when I come to this location. I'm always getting stared at. I've been talked to in a condescending way. I shouldn't have to threaten to close by account to get decent service. Now it's happened more than once so I know it wasn't just a teller having a bad day. Now someone else in my family just closed their acct bc she couldn't take the disrespect anymore. I usually go to the coppell location and I'm treated very well. Im greeted everysingle time i walk in. If I have an issue they help me resolve it or find someone to help me. I've never been told "call customer service and they can help you" now I shouldn't be leaving the bank with unresolved issues. No one should be talked down to or made to feel uncomfortable. If you haven't yet, go to coppell location and you will feel the difference.

No one answers phone -EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, today 2/2, I once again tried to call the bank. Once again no one ever answered the phone!!!!!! So, I call the number that you gave me and other people, complaining and guess what? THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR HEAVENS SAKE, I CAN CALL ANOTHER BRANCH, SAY PLANO AND i'LL BE DARNED IF THEY DON'T ANSWER ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIX THIS PROBLEM! HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES. I take care of my mother's banking and this is the biggest pain I have ever experienced in a large bank! I bank at a credit union and have, for over 25 years and they answer by 3rd ring. A bit of advise for your Royal Lane facility. ANSWER THE PHONE. AND PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO CALL THE OTHER 214 # BECAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER WITH.

Leo is super kind and helped us with what we needed. He even got my original bank to contact me asap to the situation. *I can't say that with the business bank Indian lady, she is extremely rude. Talks over you and then tries to sell you products as a solution instead of fixing it. After making complaints she lies and told me that she will help fix the issue* I had to come back to talk to Leo instead. Easy as that I had to talk bad about her when she sat next to where Leo is stationed at. How embarrassing for all of us.

Called them about info on opening an account. She tells me that I need to schedule an appointment. So I ask to schedule one and she tells me to come up here to schedule one. Like some sort of half wit. I arrive and I get said half wit as my teller and she denies ever having the conversation with me. Then says she can't open any accounts today and I should have scheduled an appointment. Aka Ms. chaos

The bank staff are helpful and knowledgable. I applied for a HELOC loan and the rate was better than the other banks at the time. We plan to complete projects on the house and having the loan will facilitate getting the work done more quickly and spreading out the cost.

Great bank and great peolpe, they know how to respect AND HELP their customer , never had such experience in any other banks during last 17 years. Mr Tony Murillo (TX) , Ms Marta Morrow (OK) , Ms Shelby Hoffman (OK) are always ready to help.

I like this bank. This is the same bank I financed my house with and I have a couple of accounts with them as well. Good people found here at this branch

Bank of Texas always comes through for me. They are friendly, competent, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

This bank will screw you over for anything they can get!!! Don’t expect to close your account so easily.
