My company and I have had a terrible experience with BOI Stephen's Green on both a personal and business loan application. They took months asking us for information and then never even delivered an answer if we would get the loan or not.
Wasted my lunch to try and sort something. Waited 15 minutes in the queue that was not moving. One person on the floor! When I finish work they are closed and Saturday one day when I can go they are also closed! Not everyone can do
