I came in today to do a couple of things, no one was behind the counter and three people in line.I saw one person in another room that didn't want to come out and take care of us. I went to another bank. This is the second time this has happened. This bank is more convenient, but not the way it is run.
Today we were told we didn’t need an appointment, but that our entire family had to be present to add our daughter to our safe deposit box. When we returned with our adult kids who have busy schedules, we were told we had to have an appointment and this is how it always is. Always understaffed …
I went in yesterday to make a payment at this bank and the teller was extremely rude and not friendly. She recounted my money several times because my money was not neatly organized and was folded in the corners and I was patiently waiting.
Hours are spotty. "Regular" hours remain on the door and the sign in the parking lot seems to indicate bank is open 9-6. COVID hours are shortened to 10-5 and this is not clear unless you park and see the small red sign on the door. I don't

Bank of America is no longer relevant to the small business community. The nicest people at the bank are the armed security guards that patrol the parking lot, the bank manager and his staff do not relate to customers.
I was very impressed with the staff at this location. I was closing on a house and it was complicated by the need for action as an assigned power of attorney.
Had to wait 45 mins beyond our appointment time. Why give out appointments when you cannot keep them? They are grossly understaffed or staff are not efficient.
