Just spent a half an hour in line watching one person help all the customers and two people count cash. This is with a line of a dozen people and everyone behind me was going to be waiting even longer. Seems to me that you could switch one person from counting cash to helping the waiting customers.
1 teller working for 10+ customers is a bit much. The only drive through options here is for ATM. If you don't mind waiting 30 to 45 min to make a deposit then this location may be fine for your needs. I personally don't like waiting almost 45 minutes to complete a deposit
I have been going to this branch ever since I moved to to his area and have had nothing but top notch service. Ms. Armena helped me today and was very patient with me despite the fact that I could not find my debit card and had many questions. 5 stars.

If you 2 hours to spare and prefer to wait in line to deposit a check, then this is the bank for you. 6 counters for tellers, most of the time they have 1 teller on staff. You need to make an appointment for a notary and they charge bank
I’d like to put one nice comment on here big shout out to the operation manager Robert I think was the gentleman’s name , I brought in over $200 worth in change already in money rolls and he took care of it in no time which helped me out

I've been with Bank of America for over 20 years and this is the worst location hands down. Service is terrible, no matter what it is I need. I try to avoid going here at all costs but they are one of the only locations with a notary.

The number listed on the Google maps is not for the bank itself. If you have banking questions there is no easy pathway to calling the bank itself.
