Freaking representatives.. I was waiting for 30 minutes and one of the representative looks like Spanish lady... She came and skip me and get those customer who also looks like Spanish people and who came just a moment ago ..... I think BofA u should fire this type of freaking people... …
This place is sucks. I have been waiting there one hour which is not a problem they cut me twice and the lady Debra said she had to cut me because the Clint doesn’t speak English and client is speaking English in-front of me. Debra ask me to come back another day without solving my problem.
Horrible Branch. One of the short tellers with short hair is a complete trash. I don't even know why she is employed. Arrogant wanaa-be manager-with attitude. Long lines, ATM issues. Avoid this branch. I've been banking with BofA for years. This branch is a disgrace.

This Hillside Avenue Jamaica is the worse Branch in ALL of BOA's branches. Unfortunately it's my home Branch because I live only a few blocks away in Jamaica Estates. But this branch does not even merit 1 Star.
Excellent service here! When the branch on Jamaica and 168th Street refused to do a wire transfer for me I went to this branch and was greeted warmly and my transaction was handled promptly and efficiently!

Please fix your drive through atm, the touch screen stop working every other day. It happens very frequently and yesterday night even the atm inside was slow with a line, I just left.
