This is the first time I got a bad experience at Bank of America. As a former employee is sad to see how the company is changing how they treat customers. They seem to not appreciate customers. The branch is short staffed and to top it off the manager likes to argue with customers. The lady that was behind me had a question and the manager pulled the “i have been here for 16 yrs and we have never done that” this is the last time I visit this branch. Hopefully this bad experience is not company wide.

I was assisted by Erika Ruiz with opening a checking account ( and savings account ) this morning. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and solicitous. I was in and out, all set up, in no more than 20 minutes, with both checking and savings accounts, plus she helped me with downloading and setting up the mobile app for online banking. Furthermore, Erika provided me with the information I need to start direct deposit in an easy to understand format.

I came all the way here to deposit they don’t have people inside I hate Bank of America I hate them too much This branch need to be completely closed don’t wast our time please

I usually go to the Bank of America near my house, but since this one is near my job I’ve had to go a few times. Horrible service! Long lines & employees are super slow! I’ve been trying to find out if they have notary services so I can go during my lunch break, but they never answer the phone so I guess I’ll just have to physically go & find out. ‍♀️

I’ve been living in this area majority of my life. The atms at this particular are always out of order. There is usually one working which causes long lines. I never experience this in other neighborhoods not considered minority areas for example, Cityplace. The atms need to be replaced or updated.

Don't love the lack of open hours and this location seems to not be as well taken care of as more affluent areas which is disappointing. Please get some grounds maintenance and new landscaping. The community cares and needs to be taken care of, not run down and ignored.

This is the slowest boa ever the older african american lady move slow everytime it takes her 20 to 30 minutes to assist one customer this bank need to do better it can be 5 people in line and it take them 1 hour to get you out this branch need to close down

It's always crowded they get the customers in and out they have no drive-through and sometimes the ATM machines outside be out of money for they know it but other than that they have good customer service skills and they always take care of their customers

HORRIBLE ATM ! It was ALWAYS a line because a technician is ALWAYS there " fixing/ working " on one of the 2 ATM machines. Smh . After waiting 23 minutes and the line BARELY moving I just decided to leave . Terrible ATM location.

The personal bankers are very rude and seem to not know their job. The managera provide inaccurate information. Was yelled at because the manager misinformed us about who needed to be present at an appointment.

I Bank there for years a very nice Lobby convenient to the road nice security guards convenient parking wheelchair accessibility free parking wheelchair ramps and very courteous bank tellers

I frequently make deposits once a month. Staff there are always proffesional and very polite. I feel safe and secure with the friendly but coutious police office.

They need more tellers. The worst thing that you could do is have 1 teller on Friday/payday. This is my last time coming to this location until they get help.

None of the ATMs work and they don't have a walk up one. Doors close at 4. I've seen several people drive up and waste their time here.

Never seen a service so slow. Waited there for an hour and they never finish with one customer. Need more employers!!!!!
