I run an LLC and It’s fairly new. I came in to this location and was greeted by Eddie (cordial guy and easy to work with) who is the buisness realtionship official there. Setting up the account was easy and he answered any questions I had. It was all going great until I put in a check and the bank said the funds are being held for 7 buisness days. This was a problem as we needed the money sooner than that for impending buisness transactions. I walked in the next day and sat down with Eddie who did everything he could at his level and said the bank manager needed to approve it. This is where I had a problem. The bank manager came in and said that she wouldn’t approve it because we didn’t have financial history with the bank. Understood, if the funds hadn’t cleared out of the bank that we got the money from originally. But it was a hold on BOA’s end that could be cleared but she had a problem with it. She then told me , after I explained the situation to her, that my MANUFACTURER could WAIT. She had no right to tell me how to run my buisness. She then basically threw my problem onto Erika ( again super nice and easy to work with) who tried to either get rid of the hold or shorten it. All in all, if you are looking for a bank for your buisness go to Chase. The bank manager at this location is hard to work with and very disrespectful. It felt like she wasn’t even listening to me and that there was nothing I could do. Started out as a good experience that went south fast. I went in to chase and had a much better experience.

Bank of America - not specifically this location - has one of the worst customer service experiences of any company of its size. I have been an account holder since 1986 and each year service gets worse. There is no efficient means to contact the company when a material issue arises except for calling a generic customer support number and wading through a sea of options, then holding, then getting connected with an unknowledgable associate, then getting transferred to someone else.... As soon as I can find time to move my accounts to a different bank, I will be doing so.

Very simple to open an account here. The bankers are very friendly and it hurts me to see people rudely generalising them in these reviews. My only star off is not of anybody’s fault but it should be known, that the drive through ATM is very difficult to exit when there is traffic on Northwest Highway, and that the BofA in Snider Plaza is much easier.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! I was parked on the back side and he refused to unlock the door to let me out so I had to walk all the way around. I have medical issues and it's really hard to walk far. They are always incompetent and rude, if it wasn't for work I wouldn't come here. The kid behind the counter is the only one that is super sweet.

Tried to call to speak with a person at that location and the process was maddening. If you want to see if an item was left there or any other errors it is impossible. NOT HAPPY

It took 20 minutes to cash a check and I was the only one there. Located in a busy shopping center I had to park 2 blocks away and walk in the rain. Not a good experience.

  • Francesca Blackard

Horrible customer service. Seriously cannot believe 4 people behind the teller desk and only one helping and others chatting. Outrageous. Switching banks.

I have always had a great experience at the Berkshire Lane branch of BOA. Today, Eddie Magana helped me and he met and exceeded my expectations.

  • Cesar Contreras

I was attended by Brenda Trujillo and she was very kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs

  • Kenneth Loga

The absolute most ridiculous bank (employees) I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.

  • Colin Burns

Big bank. Not a lot special, but convenient.
