    "i literally just left this branch and the cashier lady was beyond rude, i asked her for my amount i would like deducted she rolled her eyes took my card and grabbed the handheld machine that was right in front of her and walked off, first of all i did feel it was right she walked off with my card when she still needed to ask for my info to access my card and her rolling her eyes was very unprofessional!! thats her job, then some how my card was declined so now i just think she did something wrong because she had to walk awayto do it"

    "Easy way to get or deposit money fast 24/7on the inside of the bank the teller's are very nice and friendly also speak different languishes if you don't speak English Bank accountants nice friendly atmosphere especially when it comes to your account they're very safe and secure make sure to let you know if anything is happening with your account that they find is unusual to make sure that your money is safe there is a security guard outside but it is a very friendly atmosphere I would recommend this brings to anybody"

Slowest bank there is.. Pulaski has better service at both locations.. Never stepping foot in 42 again.. I agree with whoever talked about scheduling an appointment that’s not honored.. The lady asked me if she can help me and I said can you ? can you issue a debit card? I got no response except for, “I can check you in.” I told her I canceled my debit card and she sits there and asked me if I canceled my card.. So she ignores me and then doesn’t listen to what I have to say. So there’s another guy in the bank and they service him first..And she’s like only the bank manager can issue a debit card and I was like well then why am I wasting my time talking to you. If somebody else needed help then they should’ve gone to someone other than the bank manager and the bank manager couldve issued me a card and I would’ve been out of their hair in less than a minute.. I’m about to make bank and when I do I’m going to choose a different bank to bank with... Not to mention the bank manager walked away from me without asking me what I needed in the first place before he disappeared to the back

I’m a business account and personal account customer. I went into the branch to request statements for one of my accounts. The woman who greeted me asked how can we help you? I expressed my need to speak to a business banker. She asked what I needed, I explained I was looking for statements. She said it’s $5 per statement….what?! Mind you I needed 9. She never pulled me aside, didn’t pull up my accounts. She said the reason was I can get them online. I’m aware of that. I asked what if someone doesn’t have a printer or have a need for them ASAP why do I have to pay $45?! I called my personal business banker, who apologized for the experience and helped me resolve the statement issue. I’m so disappointed in the service at this branch. I’ve been to many branches and have never been treated the way I’ve been treated at this branch and the little village branch. Dismissive and demeaning.

There is a manager named Sandra. She was very rude at the 4300 s Ashland location. I came an hour before closing she lied and said that she couldn’t help me! She also told me that she didn’t have anything openings until 2 weeks later. I had an emergency with my card being stolen I just wanted to cancel it because I didn’t have the app. If I could take my star back I would. I had to drive all the way to the Fullerton location. They told me that they do take walk ins. He also said They close at 4pm I could walk in at 3:59 and they’ll still take care of me! Thank you!!

More like ZERO stars. Today my husband cashed two checks. At the end when he realized he had to deposit some cash, the lady said with a nasty attitude “ You can deposit at the ATM “ . We knew that but we made a line and were already there. When he expressed his concern that it might not make it available , instead of helping us she INSISTED to do it at the ATM . HORRIBLE customer service.

I came in to apply for a credit card and i waited for about 20 minutes. I decide to set up an appointment for a couple of hours later. I get here on the dot and i still have to wait. At this point, its been 15 minutes and i expect to wait for another 10 minutes AT LEAST. What is the point of setting up an appointment if it is not honored. The branch manager could have sat down with me.

It's currently Friday August 5 basically beginning of the month it is now 12:30pm basically business time of the day, walked in this location line was almost out the door and they have 5 tellers hangings around inside and only 1 tellers doing what she was getting paid for to do, try else where if you would like to get things done faster and quicker

Zero stars. Teller placed a hold on a check deposit given my racial appears. The teller wasn’t aware I speak Spanish and heard everything that was said about me. Extremely disappointed in service by bank tellers of BOA and unfortunate to not have access to my hard earned money because of ignorance.

It’s 4pm on a Friday afternoon (Payday) and only 1 teller available. About 6 customers in line and several employees just walking around. No sense of urgency to move the line. It’s not the first time this happens. Seems it’s modus operandi…

Handed the bank teller a 3,000 dollar check to cash and was given two hundred dollars in counterfeit bills! Please check your money when walking out of this place
