I had nothing but a great experience with this storage for many years (If I recall correctly around 6 years +), until one year I had a delay in my payment (first and only time) simply because my email was hijacked so I could not access it anymore and I consequently missed an invoice. When I realise that I may have missed a payment, I went to the storage and found out that all my belongings were moved to a smaller store and one quarter of my items just went "missing". I still paid for the full rental until the very last day, and never had an explanation to why one quarter of my items just disappeared (including studio equipment, toys of my daughter, and kitchen electrical equipment), nor an apology, or a discount maybe, the blame was just on me for not paying this one year on time, but it seemed quite acceptable to them that my belongings were simply stolen from my store... It happened a while back but until now I still discover new items that went missing, and it leaves me with a very sour taste, especially when you pay a premium price over so many years to ensure your belongings are safe. At the end you pay for that peace of mind, and knowing that their own staff can just access the place you are renting and simply steal your stuff is a little bit disturbing.

Simply a nightmare! We stored 4 suitcases and paid 1200 baht for 18 days, only to find out that one of the suitcases has a hole in it!!! The Owner of the business (a Scottish guy) dismissed us quickly and denied any possibility for a refund and couldn't care less about the distress caused! The hole was caused by something sharp as we also found a broken bottle of juice and we are now left with many stained clothes, a ton of small intects that have found their way in and a suitcase soon to be thrown in the garbage! Beside the material demage we felt totally left down by the owner 's attitude! Even if he did not do the damage himself he's responsible for what happened and for the incompetence of his staff but never showed to care! My advice is just stay away from BSS and their utter dishonesty!!!

A friend recommended Bangkok Self storage I could not be happier with the experience! From the moment I first contacted Lyn, I knew I had made the right choice. She was professional, clear and efficient. She was extremely easy to contact and answered any and all questions. Lyn organized a moving company, helping with communication and translation. When the moving company arrived at Bangkok self storage, Lyn even helped to organize my many belongings into the unit. She could have charged me for a larger unit, but she wanted me to save in money and managed to make it fit. She was honest and kind. Thank you! I will recommend and use in the future!

I’d like to thank Bangkok Self Storage Co. Ltd for keeping our belonging safe while we’re out of Bangkok. We used their service to store our luggage for a week. Reasonable prices, very well maintained facilities and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to keep your luggage or backpack while you’re traveling out of Bangkok. Location is not the most convenient and can be little bit tricky for taxi drivers but they have signs at the entrance of alley where they are located, hard to miss if you look around there. Don’t forget to bring a photo ID as they will ask for one. All in all, great service for the price you pay.

(세금별도/원래 월1600바트인데 50% 할인중) 자물쇠는 250바트 별도 구매입니다 (미리 준비해오시면 구매안해도 됨) 한번 대여하시면 24시간 언제든지 방문해서 락커 열고 닫고 자유롭게 이용하시면 됩니다! (도어락 장치가 있어서 개인 비밀번호 적어주는거 꼭 촬영해두시거나 기억해두세요) 리프트가 있어서 물건 올리고 내리기도 쉽고 편해요. 버튼에 up, down 적혀있어서 그냥 누르기만 하면 끝 짐 보관하게되면 다른곳도 하루에 1-2백바트라서 일주일정도 보관시에는 여기가 괜찮은것같아요 ★첫번째 사진에 보이는데에서 좌회전하면 주차장보이는데 주차장 지나서 좌회전해야 입구보여요~ 몰라서 많이들 헤매시더라구요.

I love this place!!! It’s such a life-saver if you are traveling internationally as a digital nomad and you don’t want to haul all your luggage around. This allows you to gave the have the freedom of a backpacker but the luxury of having all your stuff taken care of. Buy a padlock before you come to save $10. And the prices are between $20-90+ a month depending on space and availability at the time of this review. The staff is amazing & friendly & speak English really well— highly recommend.

Stored our luggage for one week for 150 Baht per person. Take care as you have to tell them when you are planning to pick it up again! We did not (nobody told us) which was a problem as the key to the luggage storage apparently is not located at the same place for additional security. But the owner (probably) went the extra mile and fetched the key, we only had to wait 30 minutes (Although this would depend on the traffic i guess).

Great service. Would use again and reccomend to friends. We left our stuff here for a month while we returned to Europe, and we decided to extend it for another month which we arranged via email. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they always offer us cold water and a comfortable seat when we come to visit. The price is also very reasonable. We will definitely use this service again but f we ever need to store things.

I highly rate this company for self-storage. Their rates are really good and the staff were relaxed and helpful. I kept bags with them while I travelled the islands, and was worried I wouldn't make it to them to collect before closing time. But the staff assured me on the phone they would wait and helped me weigh my bags and chat to the taxi driver (for directions), making my last hours in Thailand far less stressful.

Less is more: use Bangkok self storage to free up space; in your home and mind. Bangkok self storage is a very nice turnkey and economical storage option. Their personnel staff is extremely helpful and intelligent, with very good English language skills. They walked me through the entire process and made everything clear and simple and even arranged the trucking; all went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!!

I have used several luggage storage facilities in Bangkok and Bangkok Self Storage is by far the most affordable, flexible and accommodating storage companies I have encountered. The staff speaks fluent English and allows you to extend your storage contracts and pay when you come to collect your belongings. They are a bit outside of the heart of the city, but well worth the couple extra Kilometers of distance.

Bangkok Self Storage is good — but Khun Lyn is what makes it great! She's professional, informative, and has superb communication skills, in both, Thai and English; while making you feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. Any business that wishes to become/remain successful requires employees like K' Lyn. Whenever I require storage, I'll be sure to return to BSS first — if she's there!

Great facility for backpackers and travelers who use Bangkok as their entry/exit point for southeast Asia. A 1.2 km walk from the BTS station so I took a Grab taxi when I had my baggage and walked to the BTS without it. Very reasonable price, 150 baht per week, and they speak English. Easy to deal with, the front desk is located in the building through the parking lot, enter from Rama IV Motorway.

Quick and easy “check in”, very helpful staff, speak English very well. I left my luggage here for 3 months while travelling and had no problem picking it up, even though I forgot my locker number (if that happens to you too, just bring your passport and they will sort it out for you). Very clean, safe and good prices. Would definitely recommend.

It's really nice to have this service I have been in 3 years in storage since I travel around I left some luggage in storage during covid I get stuck in the way and decided live in Brazil so from then I been sending payment thru western and they're very nice very convenient when I wanted to travel light there server is good and very affordable

When looking for storage options Bangkok Self storage were the most economical on price. One of very few storage places with many different sizes available (2 to 18 square meters). It is open 24 hours for patrons. It also provides a "backpacker service" but it is only available during office business hours. Location is good (right off a main artery) but far from public transportation. Prices seem reasonable.

I stored my things for about 6 weeks there, and I can really recommend this place. Darrel (the owner) is absolutely helpful and nice, and the location of the warehouse is right off Rama 4 Road, easy to get to. If you need a place for your stuff, this is most likely the best you can find in Bkk.

I had a really good experience storing my suitecase at this facility. I was a bit worried, because my laptop was inside my suitecase, but I had no problems at all. However, because it's run really professionally, the prices are a bit on the higher side. Thanks again!

This place is closed (May 2018). Just waited for 30 min during their official hours. Nobody is there, nobody picks up the phone. Edit: The storage at DMK airport ended up being a great solution, and cheaper, considering the taxi fees and overall time spent.

Amazing service. If you’re traveling long term and need a place to store some excess luggage, this is the place. We left our one luggage there for a couple of months, no issue whatsoever. They should have one of these in every major travel hub.

I used the small locker for a month and it was larger than I thought it would be. Amazing staff that were extremely helpful. Gave great directions on how to get back in after hours if needed. Nice facility. Would recommend for storing.

These guys are super friendly, helpful and professional. The facilities are clean and secure and it is very easy to access your space 24 hours a day. It's also very easy to get to the location and park there. I would highly recommend.

Bangkok Self Storage was good. I was able to get my storage renting and was nicely taking care by Ama. However the only hiccup is that it take one month to get the security deposit back.
