I bought an electric bike from these guys about a year ago. It is a Chinese model mountain bike with an 800 Watt motor. I don't ride as much as I'd like but have put at least 2500km on this bike. Anyway - the bike itself is great. It rides well and the motor is super powerful, able to get me up most hills and also allows me to be lazy and get up to 45km/hr in traffic. I appreciate that it has a hand throttle too. The only issue I had was in the beginning - I was not told the bike would require as much assembly as it did. And they were going to have it left at the post office on the other side of Ko Samui which would have been a major hassle since I do not have a car. But after some phone calls they got it delivered to my residence. For someone who is not experienced with bikes this was very difficult, but to their credit they shipped me the necessary tools and a bike pump which I also needed and walked me through how to assemble things with videos etc. Also the battery/motorbox which sits under the bicycle seat tends to droop down and was hitting the tire so I had to tie it up and raise the seat. Not an ideal setup but now I don't really notice it. Anyway living on Ko Samui I didn't want a motorbike and have enjoyed having this bicycle for the last year. Alex was very helpful and having lived in the US his English is good. I would recommend this place. I have meaning to leave a review for a while.

I bought a MTB e-bike here. They had less “ready to go bikes” than I had hoped but they thought along and came up with solutions. The bicycle was assembled the next day and delivered to the hotel. It was good value for money and I was happy with it. I had to get used to it but after two days is was ok. We made a 5 months cycle trip and then returned it to shop. They sold the bicycle for me while I was already home. Really good customer service. I hope to make a trip like this again and then I will buy my bicycle here again.

Purchased one of their eBikes and had it shipped to Phuket, where I live. Came fully assembled, not very well packaged. Did have some issues and needed to take to local bike shop to replace the pedals, berings were bad. Do not count on warranty covering anything. Otherwise great service. Now the issues have been fixed great bike. Just expect if you are having it shipped, issues.

Very happy with my fat tyre ebike i received from Bangkok ebike. They built the bike to my exact specifications inc the fork and motor upgrades requested and the bike now handles terrain similar to a dirt bike both on and off road and exactly what i was looking for. The service provided via Belle was excellent and always prompt. I will definitely get another bike from BKEB

Dropped off my bicycle on Sunday to have a 500W hub kit installed. Rode it home (20 km) 2 days later. Man it is fast and powerful. Have hit top speed of 57kmph. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend Bangkok Ebike. Before and after photos attached.

Bought an e-bike/scooter here and I'm very happy about it. The price is awesome for the value, and the customer service is the best. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an an electric bike or scooter.
