This park is an excellent little find. It boasts a full set of living room furniture, which I have never seen in a park before, and a delightful climbing structure as well as a good amount of grassy lawn. Don't bring a large group of children, but this is an excellent park for a family or two or a small group of friends.

I think this place is a hidden gem in Ballard. There are some really neat things that I have never seen anywhere else. You can even learn alot about the history of the park because there is a table-like structure that has articles on the park preserved right into the table itself. So cool!!!!

Beautiful little spot. The cool history of the place having been a corner store transformed this place into a community park. I love that memory. Plus, today, the cherry blossoms are falling like snow so I just can’t complain. It’s very pretty here.

This is beautiful park, though the play structure is limited. The open space and bar stools are very cute, though we didn’t get to go to the couches because there were 3 people smoking cannabis (even saw one with a bong, lol).

Little neighborhood park with a cute 'home' theme. Usually some dogs and kids playing. It is an urban park, so there's some trash and things but it's still my favorite park to lay down a blanket and read at.

  • Jason Potts

It has a concrete davenport and an easy chair with a lamp. I thought it was a good place to stop and eat our takeout food from market street. Very quiet except for the playful squirrel in the bushes.

  • Michelle Masters

Love this place... Except for the one jerk with the out of control dogs yelling at ME about leash laws. Lol. Just because his dogs are crazy doesn't mean my puppy needs to be on a leash at all times.

Great community park in the middle of Ballard. Unfortunately, the homeless camp out there all day until the shelter opens making it not a great place to take your kids.

  • John Braitsch

Cute little green area. Not a destination but a nice spot for resting and some kids'activity when passing by. Encountering smokers in the park is unfortunately common.

It all depends on what you're looking for in a park. An unusual shape, decor, and location makes it fun to drop by. I wouldn't call it an all day outing though.

One word describes this park best, and that word is cute. A stone couch and easy chair, a fake soda counter, and a playground with equipment for the kiddos.

  • John Smith

The playground is nice and the bar stools as well but the couch and chair need to be cleaned. They have been tag and the birds have gotten to it.

  • Esther Aller

I love this park. It's not really a destination because it's so little but I always try to include it when I'm walking through the neighborhood

  • Marcia Arliss

I take my grandson to this park in the summer.. They have art projects for the children.. Makes him smile so it makes this Nana very happy

  • Tim Swast

Great little park. I love the old counter tops and photos of the neighborhood corner store that used to be here.

  • Melissa Thornton

Nice quiet place to relax, read or, bring your kids to a small play ground. There are places to sit and chill.

This park was actually pretty cool! I loved the cement living room display they had.

Cute tiny park in the middle of ballard with a small but fun playground even for the adults.

  • Alex Smith

Nice little park for toddlers and juveniles though a little small. Very safe area.

  • rod mason

The playground equipment is dangerous and counterintuitive for 5 year olds.

  • Rae Sarver

Cool giant furniture but feels like it could use more playground equipment.

  • Giovanni Fanara

Neat to see, but of course these are terribly uncomfortable to sit on

  • Diane Taylor

It's a small park that not alot of people know about so I like that.

A giant stone couch and loveseat? What could be more lovely??
