I have consulted with Balance plus on 16th august 2022, doctor confirmed the disease named “Bell’s Palsy” which is a type of Paralysis, my left face deviates to right side, i was not able to lift my eye brows as well. As this Bells impact my left side of face completely eye, nose, mouth. Arijit Sir & Manoj Sir assured me on the consultation day itself that “i will be totally fine with 2-3 weeks, Me & my husband bit relaxed after listening to these words as we were to much tensed.My age is only 30years in this short age it happened. I took 20sessions, Manoj sir was with me for these 20days he provided stimulation to me everyday 30min., then face stretching, than guidance for daily routine care, exercise for home, then next day again he check on me how much is improved where more concentration is required thats how my treatment goes, he even told me “no need to take medicine of high doses as these are not good for longer time.” As my neuro doctor has given me too much steroids which is of 1000mg which i need to take twice. I listen to his words & stopped medicine after 5-7 days , as i was not able to wake up after having those , viral fever also come & goes, and then weakness too much . Manoj Sir is very good at his work with a vast knowledge , punctual & he always listen to me , as i was having pain , sometime not able to sleep in starting days , In everything Manoj sir provided support to me in every aspect, friday ie. 16sep,2022 was my last session now i am totally fine normal as before .within 5-10sessions i have seen the difference in me, Arijit sir has also given me face massage & teach exercises. He is also good & he sit along with me & count & keep a check that how i am doing & how much i m doing. My wife visited Balance Plus Physiotherapy clinic for neck, shoulder, back pain, hand pain. She had severe pain and it is very much pain over left hand, shouler before the visit. Sir after initial observation suggested for 10 days of physiotherapy. Akshaya Mam did the 10 days of physiotherapy for my wife. After 4th session, my wife felt her pain was no more. Before the physio therapy, my wife was unable to bare the pain and we were unsure is it possible to cure this pain. I visited the clinic for a knee ligament injury as it was nearby. I was skeptical as I didn't know if it would help. However, Doctor Pramod and his team guided me with exercises and helped me stay consistent. He made sure to keep an accountability if I am exercising back home. ACL rehab can be a painful and long-drawn process, and you need a therapist that's both skilled and empathetic, and that was exactly what I got with Dr. Pramod. The first six weeks of recommended physio brought me the full range of knee motion. I then extended it to another 6 weeks to get back to full sports-readiness, and was extremely satisfied with the process.

My experience with Balance Plus is very good. It is a long standing relationship, with this company. They have been treating my mother in law for the last 5,6 years. We had dedicated and caring physiotherapists visiting our house to treat my mother in law, like Asif and Akshaya. We have Mr Pramod coming home for his check up and opinion of the condition of my mother in law's health. He guides the visiting physiotherapists on how to do physiotherapy, depending on my mother in law's health.
