Absolutely amazing. Staff are intelligent, up to date, welcoming, supportive, and eager to learn about your condition and needs. I am 25 and attend pool therapy weekly after spending 3 years bedridden in hospital and post open heart surgery. After consulting with Sylvia, I started work with Heather and I couldn't ask for a better physiotherapist. She really knows how to effectively use water not only as a tool for bouyancy, but as resistance, and she is very in tune with my strength levels and when it is time to slow down or increase difficulty. She works both with patients that are improving, and those who are looking just to maintain strength. My mother does physio with Sylvia for back issues and also finds she is a fantastic and proactive specialist. I would recommend this clinic to everyone needing physio! Balance Physiotherapy has caring and highly-skilled staff. Our 9-year-old son severely broke his arm from a fall and had to have emergency surgery to repair the arm. Once the cast was finally off, friends recommended Balance Physiotherapy as a place where we could get the treatment needed to help our son regain strength and mobility in his arm and help the nerves regenerate to the hand. Our son immediately connected with, and trusted, his physiotherapist. He looked forward to his sessions that kept him engaged and healing. His arm and hand now work beautifully and he's back to playing all the sports he loves! I was referred to balance physiotherapy by my OT around 3 years ago, I have continued to go there since and absolutely love it. The staff are incredibly knowledgable, welcoming, understanding, and genuinely are there to help and look after your best interest. They have such a variety of expertise there for all your needs (physio, hydro therapy, massage, etc). I always appreciated their willingness to accomdate your personal schedule and their flexibility. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is in need for pain relief, gaining mobility, and getting your life back on track after any kind of injury. Balance is the best place to go for your rehab. My mother is a regular client at Balance since Feb, 2019 and she goes there 5 days a week for her full time rehab including physiotherapy, massage therapy, and hydrotherapy. My mother has acquired severe brain injury and ever since she is visiting Balance for her rehab needs, I see the great improvement on my mother. This place is highly recommended for you and your loved one who need rehab for physiotherapy, massage therapy, hydrotherapy and etc. All the staffs are knowledgeable on their specialty field, and even admin staffs are so nice and pleasant to deal with. This review is based on 5 days/week visit for last 5 month. Truly recommend this place to try out!

I was released prematurely from another therapist clinic around the corner. Inconvenienced at the time, however looking back it was the best thing that ever happened as I discovered Sylvia Guido, who "took on my case". She's positive, professional, personable, reputable and very attentive to the ambulatory issues I was facing. It was a longer road to recovery, my injury was unique to say the least. Sylvia was hands on, manual therapies, acupuncture, stimulation techniques, etc. Of all the surgeons, therapists and medical professionals I encountered during my road to recovery... I think back now and say Thank you so much for helping me!

Balance Physiotherapy provides excellent service to a wide variety of specialized needs. The clinic is unlike any I have experienced. The staff is superb...knowledgeable, efficient, resilient, pleasant and accommodating. The space is clean and well suited to wheelchair clients. I am always taken on time, with a welcoming smile and kind word. The added bonus is the hydrotherapy pool which is clean, safe and well managed. As I regain my strength and mobility after a devastating car accident, I feel hopeful thanks to my treatment with Silvia Guido. I highly recommend Balance Physio and rate it 5/5.

The first thing I noticed at Balance Physiotherapy was the excellent eye-catching paint in the front foyer. But, as you venture further into their facilities you realize they are much more than a flashy paint job… The staff are very knowledgeable, experienced and positive. They offer comprehensive care, including a therapy pool kept at a balmy 96° by the highly trained hydro-therapist. Everyone is very enthusiastic and ready to help you meet your goals in any way they can. I see that I can't put six stars, so I guess I'll only put five.

Absolutely amazing clinic. My mother has been a regular patient and have experienced the massage therapy, physio therapy, hydro therapy and acupuncture services here due to brain injury. All of the therapists are very experienced and professional. The staff is always friendly and accommodating right when I walk in the door. Observing mother's overall health/wellness and body mobility improvement has been quite impressive! Me and my family are very happy and thankful for mother's improvement and will continue to visit.

I have gone to Balance several times over the last five years or so. I have found it incredibly effective and swift in getting me out of pain and back to normal activity. They have found excellent exercises for me to do whether at home or at work and I have been able to keep those exercises up. Plus, everyone there is really nice.

Balance physiotherapy provides excellent treatment and service to its patients and the the staff are certified and qualified in their training and fields. Melisa and Vanessa. They are wonderful. Vanessa did acupuncture and other treatment. She was sweet and confident, explained to me well and I can trust her. Melisa is so nice and very much experienced. I love kind hearted people like Vanessa and Melisa. They make me smile.
