Arrogant and disgusting response when we politely asked if they had a product we purchased (the day before) at another bakers delight shop. More or less accused us of lying and told it was impossible to make. Could have been handled so much more professionally. Perhaps they should learn what other stores offer and expand their variety!

Great customer service, but such a shame about the walnut log. Its alot smaller with less topping and very dry. It use to be the best. I hope they change it back. Also on many occasions i have gone there at 8 am with hardly no choice of food in the show case so now i go elsewhere to buy lunch for the day.

They have been consistently excellent in quality in the years we've been going there and always friendly and remember us. We have placed orders for things like parties and they are always very happy to provide what we need.

The girls out front were just standing around not doing anything just chatting with the bakers out the back. you’re better off going to a different bakers delight. Horrible service.

6/1/2017 Had a taste test of Sour dough bread with Garlic butter today. Wow it was fantastic, when my friend and I enquires about how it was made the young shop

Nothing negative to say at all, brioche buns live up to what i was told and even with the strain of pre Xmas sales, the service was cheerful and obliging.

Amazing customer service, a wide variety of food to buy and free samples to see if their latest produce is yummy (which is always amazing)

Rolls too small especially Knot rolls I bought 2 the other day they were tiny no good for my lunch an ex customer back to Coles I go....

Fantastic place. The sourdough loaves are my favourite and last much longer than grocery store breads. Friendly staff.
