Pretty Good place for beginners and Intermediate individuals. It's affordable and staff is friendly. Only con is that in summer it gets really hot because there's no AC but only Fans and their Equipment is a bit old but Ok to use.

Old faulty equipment, poor ventilation, machines stops working many times in a week and takes more than 1 week sometimes months to be fixed.

This is very good gym for strength training . cardio, stretching, nqd weigh lifting ,Zumba , also trainer is Mr,hamza very nice boy …
