This review is for Bafleh Jewellery LLC - Hind 7. I accidentally stumbled upon this place at Gold Souk on a weekday while it was past 9pm. I had my flight out of Dubai the next day and had limited time to shop. During my visit, Mr. Pradip provided exceptional service and helped me choose great designs and offered the best deals that I bought 5 times more than my intended shopping list !! Mr. Pradip, Mr. Arjun, Mr. Nishil and Mr. Ajay went above and beyond in their customer service. Though it was nearing their closing hours, they were all very friendly, patient, efficient and accommodating. As I was a female tourist who came for shopping solo, they booked a cab for me and 3 of them personally dropped me back to my hotel to ensure I reached safe and sound. It was a very kind gesture that I will fondly remember and it will surely be one of my most memorable shopping expeditions in a foreign country !! Thank you Pradip, Arjun, Nishil and Ajay ! Located in Gold Souq Deira. Building 7. Got here after exploring few renowned gold shops. I have always liked Bafleh's designs for daily wear jewellery. Bought bangles, bracelets, neck chains, rings. I had to buy in exchange of old jewelley. Arjun Muley was very very very sweet and helpful. Nishil was also supportive. They got me the best deal ( making charges, gold exchange rate and discounted diamond rings). Friendly and polite staff. Not trying to oversell. Transparent with calculations. Great conversations. Helped me buy items that are value for money. I got many surprise gifts too- sweets, Bafleh merchandise, and Gold coins Long day at Deira but Bafleh team made it worth the wait. Today I went in for a diamond ring to gift to my mom and I ended up buying two because of the amazing selection offered on-site. Apart from Indian and Arab options Bafleh also has many European styles on display which I appreciated design-wise. Start with Nishil sir, he explained well and we could connect with him due to our mother tongue ( Gujrati ). Ahead Arjun sir helped us to choose the designs and calculations.
