This is a recently opened(mid of 2023) food outlet. It's an Andhra styled restaurant as advertised by themselves. I would define it more of an Andhra styled darshini where you can have a quick bite. Ambience and location - For people passing through/via Sarjapura(not the road but the area) towards the city or vice-versa, it's a nicely located restaurant as it's bang on the main road and is easy to locate and stop. Parking at the moment is available in plenty. You can park your cars on the road besides the restaurant or they even have their own parking area where we can park many cars and even much bigger vehicles. Ambience wise is good as well - there are both places to stand & eat, also sit & eat, and even there is a place at the backside where there is an open lawn type area where we can move around and eat if needed. Food and price - Been there mostly for breakfast and once for snacks in evening time. Breakfast menu is very good for South Indian style with all varieties available. They have multiple innovative combinations for idlis like ghee idli, butter idli, idli with Vada etc., and also have many dosa varieties. And they do have the hot beverages like tea and coffee, also even horlicks and other such drinks. Food is very good taste wise. Especially the coconut chutney and a dark orange based chutney that seems to be ginger based which is most likely an Andhra special. Price wise, they are not economical but at the same time not astronomical. I would say it's balanced for the facilities and convenience provided.

Visited Babai Tiffins, Sarjapura after hearing a lot about it. It is situated opposite to DMart, can't miss it. Easy to approach, plenty of parking space. Good ambiance. I was actually surprised to see the amount of space they have. Be sure to walk towards the back and find a lawn/patio. Food : we ordered masala dosa, plain dosa, dahi puri, and pav bhaji. Items are not that costly, but this could be highly subjective. Food tasted just fine, no wow factor. Beware that they add a lot of pepper and chillies . I found parents, including us, struggling to make their kids eat the food. You can try to ask them to make things less hot, but then most items are pre-cooked and the option may not be readily available. Dahi in dahi puri was frigid, not a pleasant experience on your palate. Dosa are not crisp by default, which is perhaps the traditional style of making them in some parts of Andhra. We like crispy dosas, so if you are like us then you may be disappointed. Accessibility ♿️: I couldn't find a ramp, or if it exists then it is not very obvious. So, if you use a wheelchair for some reason then some help would be needed to get to the eating areas. People having issues with sight will also need to bring a help. Staff behind the counters were friendly. Area is clean and spacious. Portions are just fine. Food is okay and not repulsive. I am perhaps not frequenting this place but then it is cleaner than most tiffin joints in Sarjapura and this could be the major attraction for me.

Came here for a family dinner. Newly opened place but managed so well. Is quite crowded as it has become really popular. There is place in the front as well as back so not an issue as such. The South Indian food is primarily in Andhra cuisine. There is a huge chaat section as well. We tried a lot of food from both categories. We had dahi bhalla, aloo tikki, papdi chaat, raj kachori in chaats. In South Indian, we had podi dosa, masala dosa and filter coffee. Way better than Rameswaram Cafe. The spice was as per our capacity. Taste was also amaze. Chaats usually disappoint me in Bangalore but finally I found one good place. Couldn't take many photos as was focussed on eating Very reasonably priced also. Loved the place. ❤ The next IT place. ☺

Hi everyone We casually used to visit Udupi hotel near Sompura gate which is super till now But for change today we visited this hotel Babai tiffins since it was newly opened which made our first visit the worst and last ever Dosas are slim , broken , torn and had mixed Wheat flour and didn't give the taste like The Super Duper Rameshwaram Cafe Dosa the torn dosa photos have been attached Also special mention Manager who came to see didn't even speak to me when I asked a manager and immediately told the chef to make new dosa which even that was not suitable or good condition i highly recommend do not visit this hotel as people are creating hype in Instagram and all. Chef who was making the dosa was in full sweat and sweat droplets was on face like anything I hope it has fallen on the dosa which people are eating everyday. Paying ₹190 for 2 Masala dosa and 2 tea is not the worth please don't visit i will never visit this again also I have informed the same thing to staffs over there Worst service and worst hotel management.

Mouthwatering pesarattu Spicy Ghee karam dosa They have so many varieties in their Maynu apart from the regulars they have many varieties in dose Lipsmacking Punugulu and hot Mysore Bhajji’s for snacks. Healthy protein idly and a variety of fresh cold pressed juices for the health conscious. Ghee loaded Poornalu in desert was yum. All these varieties are not just unique but delicious too. We went there on a weekend and it was bustling with people on a hot sunny noon. But it has enough space to accommodate the crowd. Both seating and standing table options are there and enough parking space. Service is fast. And the place is continuously kept clean.

Awesome yummy food. All Dosa items are very yummy and tasty. They provide 2/3 types of chutney which are very delicious. Bonda was also yummy. Tea and coffee as usual good. Enough sitting space, few times we had to wait but waiting period is not very longer and you get space. Cleaned washrooms, and enough washbasins. They have kiosk for self order. It is fast and you could select from all the options visible in front of you. Self service which is a common in restaurants here. Parking: you need to park road side they don't have parking.

I visited this place at post lunch hours on a Sunday. Due to less crowd, the experience was good. Ghee Kaaram Dosa is one of my favorites. Served with flavorful peanut chutney and 2 red chutneys, one of which is the sweet spicy one which I absolutely loved. Coffee was good but nothing special. The ambience is clean and there are various seating options - indoor, outdoor and standing tables. Management should install a token display rather than announcing token number for ready orders which can be barely figured out.

A good Andhra style tiffin place in Sarjapura, afforadble and tastes great! We had at the HSR branch of Babai Tiffins multiple times, happy to see them open one in Sarjapura! Punugulu, Poori and Ghee Karam Idly are a must try. Definitely recommend this place!

When I visited around 8-9pm in the evening it was crowded. They have nice system to order food and seats may not be available all the time but there are plenty other options to eat. Food wise it's good. I recommend trying ghee karam dosa and idli I'm not sure whether you'll like it or not because it's little too much ghee for someone if not for everyone. Parking is not great but there are plenty of space nearby side of the road.

Expensive but.. They have got grass field behind the restaurant block. Self service and parcel service.. ample parking space Coming to food: ginger chutney, ground chutney gives the twist among other restaurants. Mysore bonda seems to be THE preferred snack here. Menu is not lengthy but all needed ones are covered. Heavy on pocket though, but ok for an outing with dear ones or even go-solos!

The restaurant is newly opened and is right on the Sarjapur main road. The place is big, they have decent parking space. The food quality is decent and the price is pocket friendly. The snacks options are the best to go for. It has a great vibe and ambiance. Nice place, surely recommended.

A must outlet for this area, after staying in Hyderabad for 10 years, I was craving for Andhra style tiffin and luckily Babai Tiffin ventured into the area. I must say I am a ghee podi idli, ghee dosa and Mysore bhajji fan, and i will visit only to eat them, their meals looked good, overall a go to place for all tiffin needs. It's newly opened outlet next to Dmart. Quite large and you have option to sit in open space or inside. You can stand and have your food too. Price is quite pocket friendly and food is delicious. Proper hygiene is maintained and staffs are very friendly. Car parking space available.

I went twice till now. I tried Lemon Rice, puliogare, Dosa, Thali & coffee. I liked the food. But the staff may definitely go for few trainings. I asked for a Tissue while I was having food. There was a staff waiting just near me. She didn't even bother to move. I understand it's self service. But that's a small courtesy! Streamlining during rush hours & staff training will make the entire experience amazing. Will visit again

Similar to Rameshwaram Cafe. Only difference is babai tiffin is of Andra style. Good thing is, we will have table and chairs for sit and eat. Always this will be full. Taste of food is excellent. The combination of coconut and ginger chutney with Mysore masala dosa is awesome, need to improve in service time, waited for 20 min to get the dosa, ambience of the restaurant is very good, best to bring your family and friends. It’s a newly opened Andhra style restaurant ( infact opened today only 18/8). Tried multiple items like Masala Dosa, puri bhaji , idli and coffee, everything was delicious specially the chutneys. They have huge kitchen and cooking staff , having ample space to seat and stand . A good restaurant was missing in this area seems Babai tiffins will fulfill that gap

Must visit place. Dosa and imli chatney is so so good. Superb and very clean place. Different types of seating available. Rush is there on weekends.

I don’t have to say more about it… you guys can check the video how oil is dripping from Mysore bajji… 4 Mysore bajjis contain an oil enough for making 5 curries… disappointed with this..

Fantastic food, we tried chats, idli punnugulu. Ghee Karam idli is a must-try. The environment is pleasing; serving people has smiles on their faces. However, it's a self-service place and a lot of rush. Still worth visiting.

Aye what ya! Such an unexpected hotel, has parking, big spaces to sit or stand, nice idly and dose also, and they dont dilute their handwash! nice systum in place and they were announcing token numbers via loud speakers for masale dose like token number 42 token number 42,(also displayed on a tv), nice!

Very tasty. We tried ghee karam idli, ghee karam podi dosa and bonda. All of them tasted great.

Nice breakfast place, overcrowded but quick to get orders. Food is fresh and tasty . Juices are very fresh, no ice or water added. Quantity is on the lower side compared to other places.
