The last few months have been somewhat dismal and If it wasn’t for the lovely Samantha, behind the counter with her awesome customer service skills and polite attitude towards everyone, this store would be deemed not worthy of shopping at. Maybe there’s things to learn from this young woman!

Always frequent this store and never had a problem until recently. One staff member is just so rude that now I refuse to frequent that establishment anymore. BWS upper Mount Gravatt is much friendlier. NOTE TO OWNER: If you don't look after your customers, someone else will !

Friendly Staff. I'm not a wine drinker and had to purchase a bottle for a coworker who was leaving the company. The staff member had gone out of his way to assist me in picking a wine out for a gift for that would fit my price point and taste good Would visit again.

The second time I have been to this BWS in the past month and have been treated very poorly both times by the staff working. Staff were rude and did not honour any of the current promotions in store. Drinks were also not stored in the fridge as they usually are.

Samantha at the Wishart store was such a pleasure to be served by. I went into the shop on Sunday having no idea what I wanted, but she had some wonderful recommendations and was so patient. Thank you, Samantha! You are such a asset to that organisation.

Always been good for 5 years, until today, where new staffs decided not to serve at 7:55 cause they have change over tomorrow, and he was printing the receipts, where I saw him sitting and using his phone. The official closing time was 8pm.

Small but big! For a pretty small shop it has a very good range of products. The wine selection is the biggest range but the premixes are also pretty good. Good pric3s for this side of the city and friendly, knowledgable staff.

The guy who was in the counter named Vishnek, was very unhelpful and didn't know how to talk to the customers. BWS should train these people to be polite and helpful to the customers. Very bad customer service from this guy.

I've been coming to this bottle shop for over 4 years. Over the last few months its just gone downhill rapidly and after today I will not be going back.

Nice convenient location off Mt Gravatt Capalaba road with ample parking space. They have got a large selection to choose from
