Really!, i bought a skinny four cans and and an hour plus later returned to buy another so as to share with friends staying the night. I was told you are not able to buy. I asked why. Reply u have already bought. My friends them had to take my place and buy four cans. BWS can’t and will not control idiots 17 yr olds on alcohol but believe they have all the right to stop a 60 yr old with friends. Please explain. You have prove with your cameras. Disgusting

Staff always super-nice...it's a nice store for quick stop-ins as there's parking right at the door. (A tip: it has the bigger main lot off Sherwood Rd, but it's sometimes less frantic parking in their little Sylvan Rd lot.) Tons of wines/spirits available, and plenty of 6-pack/single-bottle beers available. As with many inner-city, small-lot bottle shops, their selection of beer in cartons is not HUGE, but enough, and from very affordable to the exy stuff.

If we could rate no stars we would. Guy behind the counter on Wednesday 16th around lunchtime went out of his way be rude to my wife. She asked twice where a certain beer was as she couldn’t find it in the “vault” and he wouldn’t show her- just said “in the vault”. She asked again for help and he responded the same way. Didn’t ask for Rewards card either. Disgraceful - won’t go back there. It’s not hard to be kind.

Always get fantastic service from the staff here. I could drive an extra 20 seconds to 1st Choice which is 4X larger in size but there is always a noticeable difference in the experience you get when going to BWS Toowong. They’ve got all the good stuff and if they don’t then they’ll make a crackin recommendation for you to try.

Great location. Access from two streets, easy entry and exit. Friendly and engaging staff are very customer aware. This shop has some consistently excellent prices on red wines, good to just drop in and see what the latest bargains are. Gone from 3 to 5 stars.

Located in good place and quick shopping , not sure about other staff but the employee named " Nick " was so nice and friendly. I was there to just pick up a delivery ordee he was polite and friendly. I got some photos for the store.

Came at store 9:27pm Saturday and a girls inside said they are closed and now after 20 minutes someone came and open the store and said he can’t do anything and suggested me to complaint to manager. But I lost a $50 job …

Everything you could ask for in your local bottle shop. Convenient opening hours and just recently are open till 9pm on a Sunday! Clean and tidy store with happy and helpful staff offering daily tastings. 10/10 …

Ridiculous I got refused because I didn’t have my Id on me Im 30 years old I clearly don’t look under 25 Im always served by the same guy he picks and chooses when to ask for my Id

Convenient little bottle shop. Of course they don’t have a huge range, as it’s just a small store. Call ahead if you are after something out of the ordinary.

Awesome little corner bottle shop. Easier to get into and out of than trying to park near the regatta or inside the Toowong shopping centre.
