Been there a few times to find it closed at weird times of the day. Today it was shut at 12:30pm. Other times it was shut at 4pm on a Sunday but opening hours say it’s open until 9pm? So is it open during those hours or not?? Started at shopping at Red Bottle across the road. At least it’s open during the hours that’s specified. Poor form BWS

I’m a wine snob but a whiskey hopeless. Guy who served me tonight gave some recommendations, didn’t send me to the top shelf just asked me what I like in wine and tried to match that. Currently a couple of sips into a fantastic mid-priced whiskey. Good chat, informative and helpful.

This BWS could be good, as there are some wonderful staff members there & a decent range for the space, however they are let down by truly bizarre break times that are peak bottle shop hours (eg. 6:30-7pm) & some awfully creepy white male staff members.

Arrived here at 6.50pm to find a sign saying that they were on a brake and would be back at 7.15pm. What sort of store that sells alcohol inside the Woolworths store closes for a brake. Good way to lose customers.

They don’t accept certain types of ID that are perfectly legal (as I would know as I have myself done an RSA course), customer service also lacking, if present at all due to the break times

This place is small but packed to the rafters with local beer. Such a convenient location with 70+ carparks underneath. Nestled on the inside of the new Park Sydney Metro

Good decorated little store with a lot good selection of spirits and wines . And the customer service is in its peak . …

Rude, aloof staff member with an attitude. It's a bottle shop, at the back of woollies, get over yourself or get another job.

Great selection, easy parking downstairs, very friendly and helpful staff, very pleasant atmosphere, we shall return.
