I stop in to bws (nudgee beach hotel) regularly because it is convenient for me. However I will never be going back. Staff attitude is awful. Last visit I asked for an eftpos receipt and the dreadlocked youngsters respose was "for f#@k sake"...... Rude, arrogant and really not necessary. There are so many keen and able happy people wanting to work. I think this idiot should be on the doll Que where he belongs. Looks like he would prefer that. Other staff quite rude too (thin older guy with an attitude problem).

best customer serice I’ve ever had by Ryan. Been going back to this store in nudgee for a couple months now. And every time I go Ryan is always working in the store. Loves his job never stops doing something around the store. Very friendly makes you feel welcome every time.

Update you're trading hours on google. Went there tonight (Thursday) says open till 12am got there before 22:30 was closed no lights on all locked up.

Great customer service & great variety of quality liquors only thing that could be improved would be possibly closing at 10pm Wednesday nights
