Don’t bother coming here if you want any form of decent customer service. The store manager Sam I believe his name is, is beyond rude did not greet anyone or asks if you need any help and is too busy looking at his computer. Honestly don’t know why BWS would want someone like this representing their company let alone actually running the store. I rather drive a bit further to the garden city BWS with a Store manager who is beyond the nicest human hands down.

standard BWS, not the biggest range but they’ve got everything you need, customer service is a little underwhelming. Never had an issue until today, where the staff member was quite rude. I work in customer service and I understand some days aren’t great and you don’t want to be there, but that’s no reason to be rude to customers. A little disappointed as it’s my closest bottleo and I don’t really want to go back.

Never had a drama with service here. Nice to see longevity of staff so I’m guessing they’re happy. Small shop, but great for that grab and go when entertaining and getting the groceries.
