It's not often that I write reviews but after seeing all the negative I thought I should post my positive I have ordered slabs of beer 3 times from the BWS before. The first time it was delivered in an unbelievable 25 minutes. Second was about 45 minutes and the third (tonight) a little over an hour. Very busy apparently and I even got an apology from the nice driver, though one hour did not bother me. For them to get my beer ready, which was cold, order a driver and have it delivered for 10 bucks, I'm not going to complain about that. I hope it continues like this.

Great service from all staff, good range and staff member on the other night was very helpful in helping me carry a case of beer and suggesting some nice wines for dinner.

The main guy who's usually there when we visit has a great attitude and recommendations. It is only a small shop so the variety is a little limited for some products.

Staff great, helpful, and experienced, Store clean and tidy, not as much variety as some of rhe other BWS, but had what i wanted.....so happy days

Only gave 4 stars because twice in 3 weeks could not get Jack Daniels with honey. Should not run out woolies
