On Friday (14.12.13) i had the worst customer service at BWS New Farm. The staff member there tried to educate me that there is no difference between twice distilled vodka and four times distilled vodka. The old mad on the register snapped at me because i did not say thank you when he handed me my receipt. Worst customer service ever.

Great bottle shop. I bought beer and wine. I got drunk and kissed a dude and I loved it. Thanks BWS. You have opened up my eyes to how great men are. Every one should know this little bottle shop will make things happen for you, just like it made things happen for me.

Poor customer service, the guy with curly hair doesn’t even know how to greet people when they come into the store, will go to vintage cellars around the corner from now on, much better environment.

Smaller range than the bigger BWS locations but still stocks plenty of yummy booze. Super helpful & friendly staff, who make our visits to this store - as our local - more enjoyable …

You should be less concerned about making a political statement and more concerned about teaching your staff simple manners and eye contact. True ignorance

Really great place to look beer or any of the alcoholic beverages. Loved the various choices of beverages. Great staffs. Love to shop there more.

Having worked there, I can honestly tell you this is one of the most helpful, caring teams out there, it's all about customer service here.

Friendly and helpful staff, prices are reasonable, they are sometimes out of stock on some items, but I suppose that is to be expected.

If you haven't tried the 9% 10% 12% & 15% 200ml premixed cans do your self a favour and try the whole lot...I highly recommend it
