This is my second most frequented BWS as i work close by. Each time i enter the store i am greeted by staff who are often cheerful (which makes me feel welcome) many times i have been to this store i have sought advice on drinks and recommendations and i have been given both willingly. The store is also very clean and tidy. I know you often just go to the closest bottle shop without thinking about experience, but its nice to always walk out of this store with a good one.

Good staff, always helpful & friendly. I feel that it's more important to review the clientele. It appears mixed between two extremes: high-class lawyers and lower-economic people from in and around the local halfway houses. I must say, you never come across a scummier or ruder mob that would probably rob you for anything you're worth. Now that the review of the lawyers is done, let's get onto the latter, they're generally fine and just go about their way.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I was kicked out of the store for taking too long to make a decision (as i just surpassed legal drinking age not too long ago, therefore have no idea what majority of alcohol is). So absurdly disrespectful, I have never encountered such disgusting treatment toward customers. Luckily the next one I went to in the Myer centre had nicer staff.

Got overcharged. Should have been 6 bottles of red wine that were all $15- each ~ $90- less 10% off for buying 6 bottles, yet was charged $87- , instead of $81- !! Not too happy when I've just arrived home.e with them & looked at the receipt!

The Team at this Store is AMAZING- Both Jack the Manager and Alex one the Casual Guys Are always up for a chat and help with anything that needs help of Choosing Beer or just a little bit of help in the Community- The Store is always freshly.

Neat and tidy store, well lit, clear easy ti understand signage, easy to find what you want, adequate aisle sizes, friendly staff. Accepts walk ins and drive through. Cash and card.

So handy for staying at the Evolution apparment. A guy working during the day was so nice and helpful. Pity I didn't get his name.

Arrived at 8:35pm last night to find it closed. Trading hours online state 9pm. Sign on door said 9pm. Not happy at all.

Good location. Neat & Young guy at the counter was pleasant. Bit expensive but that's everywhere in George st.

Arguably the best range of Wine on this side of the city, The staff are helpful and knowledgeable
