Went there today for the iftaar deal which had two burgers for RS. 699/-. It turned out to be a total scam, as we had to pay RS. 1200/-, initially the person at the counter had the card machine haywired, so we went all the way to the ATM to extract the money; as we we're ordering the deal, the cashier didn't even intimate us which burger to choose from. On our enquiry over the overinflated bill, he outrightly told us that as we had ordered California mushroom burger that wasn't on the prescribed deal therefore we have to pay a hundred bucks more for each burger. The staff was not welcoming and the manager cum cashier just snubbed us of for the enquiry we made regarding the bill. The burgers were nothing as were shown in the menu, the patties inside them were paper thin and they were hardly filling. The place was hot as an oven. Overall a horrible experience, never visiting this place again.

One of the best & authentic Beef Burgers. They used to have outlet on University road where I was a regular customer but they closed it so couple of days ago I went to there latest location. The staff told me that there riders are still delivering all the way to Gulshan, Nazimabad, Jauhar etc at reasonable delivery charges. I would suggest the owners to extend there network to places like Jauhar, Maskan etc.

Excellent taste, good ambiance & environment and interesting breakfast deals with complementary servings. Was looking for some good breakfast options in DHA, when I saw BTB & More on SWOT, thought to give it a try. And the try was worth it. Had a delicious breakfast with exceptional variety in omelettes, baked potatoes, tomatoes, salad, margarine and jam. Total package of BREAKFAST and a must-go recommendation. The staff was also cooperative and well-mannered. Recommended: 5 out of 5

29-Sep-2023 I was a big fan of BTB burgers and fries till yesterday. But today I am really surprised by their delivery service and food quality. Delivery boy came to our house after delivering multiple orders on his way. Burgers were delivered cold and I am sorry to use word third class for the fries, which were delivered cold and dark brown. Highly highly disappointed.

First time visited BTB restaurant, had done their food delivery many times. They have lots of lunch deals for burger and steaks. Also have specials on drinks if ordered with deal. Had starter platters, beef/chicken burger and strips. Food was served hot and in 10 minutes. This is their location in Bukhari commercial with ample parking.

The burgers taste good and the prices are midrange too. But that's all there is to it. If you want a good quality burger with a good serving size, go to Big Thick Burgerz... or any burger place in Karachi because their burgers taste very generic. If you want something out of the ordinary, you won't find it here. The ambiance is okay and the quality is consistent though.

I didn't like my beef burger nor were the BTB loaded fries good. Taste was lacking. Though Mexican Chipotle was better. A big area of improvement Also, communication of waiter wasn't good. He upsold me the BTB without telling me the price. Very disappointed with that More

Great addition to the BTB franchise; new BTB & more restaurant on Khayaban-e-Shujaat. Constantly adding to the selected menur. Excellent service is their hallmark.

All of the items were served fresh. The items we ordered were 1. Most Wanted Burger, 2. Jalapeño Steak 3. Alfredo Pasta. Great taste. It was peaceful environment on week day. Although burger could be good. Overall, nice customer service and taste. More

The burgers are pathetic as they have no idea how to make a burger patty. It was hard to gulp down even a single patty burger. For the place that's been there for 10 years I reckon people to stay away from it as they haven't even mastered

Good beef burgers that are easy on the pocket. Ordered their 2 btb burgers deal on foodpanda and much to my delight they had beef burgers in the deal as well unlike most of the burger joints in karachi. Highly recommended.

Loaded fries are a scam, burgers are good. They look small but they fill up pretty nicely. Don't get the loaded fires they are too expensive with too little sauce and cheese

I have been a regular customer of BTB but I mostly used to order through foodpanda. This was my first dine-in experience at their newly opened branch in Bukhari Commercial.

4.5 if that was possible. Local chain n doing good. We should support them. Food is good n the service is even better. Nice neat n clean place with good decor. Keep it up

Nice and spicy burgers.. They serve you in less than 10 minutes. The sitting place is quite small though.
