I bought a tennis bracelet from here before I bought they told me will come with warranty two month after the bracket that holds it together broke and then one of the diamonds came off I went and they denied saying that it has warranty and then they charged me to get it done I came back the diamond wasn’t installed I told them they told me to go back I went back and they didn’t want to do the diamond installed and then after a while we came to an agreement that they will do it came back an hour after and I noticed that the diamond was lose and not sitting well I told them and he looked at it and said well that’s the best we can do and I told him the diamond is going to fall again and he just said sorry I bought 4 items but seems I have to find a new spot

These folks are selling moissanite . Don’t use the cheap Diamond tester they have… ask them for the tester that has the moissanite detector if you brought any vs Diamonds or had a custom pendant made please go to any jewelry store & ask them do they have a good Diamond tester.. & I bet is going to be moissanite…. They Put Fake diamonds in a pendant i had made for my aunt and they dont know the difference bewteen solid 10 k gold and hollow 10k gold they are bad bussiness they loose recieptsif you put a item on layway and try to replace your item with a simillar pendant or rope ..if they sold the original one in a bussiness transaction
