Was driving the van for 1.5 hours on my way to work (on location). Stopped by this station to quickly use the toilet. I saw a toilet door but no signs at all so went in and locked it (was a disabled style toilet). The member of staff unlocked the toilet from the outside while I was mid pee and dragged me Out from my hood. I was in complete shock and was scared as I wasn’t sure of his intentions so I pushed him away from me. He came back at me with a rugby tackle. By then I had no choice and couldn’t exit as his colleagues were blocking the exit. So I called the police and so did they. However the police decided to arrest me instead of the member of staff maybe because I was a customer ? Or maybe they just did what they thought was right. I spent a whole day in the cell from 8:30- 17:10 and missed a massively important day at work which I wasn’t paid for. I wished I took his name to write down on here but he looked in his early 30s and about 5ft 11 and I have a pic haha

The worst experience at a fuel station I've had in a long time. The pump operator didn't reset the pump for over 3 minutes. Tried to go into the shop but he'd locked it, had a sign up saying that I needed to pay first. Anyway, eventually, I got into the shop and he told me to get my fuel then come back. Back to the car... 32p of fuel is on the digital sign still. The guy comes out and tell me to put the pump back and try again. I do that, it starts working and I fill up exactly £10 worth. No more as it is an expensive station. Go into the shop and he is on the phone to someone and doesn't even acknowledge me, however, charges me for the 32p that was on the clock in the first place, which wasn't even my fuel. Fuel stations only need to do the very basics and this doesn't, so I will not return.

The staff member, Mr Kandee is great : always polite, professional and always upbeat ! This BP is quite small so it does not a customer toilet but apart from that, the customer service is fantastic. Mr Kandee is a real credit to BP and I hope they look after him as an employee as many other workers could learn from his positive attitude. I would say keep up the great work to Kandee but I think that there is no need and that is just his natural way in being so professional

I received kind and generous service from the gentleman on the till after I struggled with the air pressure gauge. He gave me clear instructions but I failed to implement them so he came out onto the forecourt and pumped a flat tyre full of air. He was a true gentleman and very courteous too. I was deeply impressed with the service he gave me. He definitely went above and beyond his job description. Thank you.

Received excellent customer service and assistance from sales assistant Siva a few weeks ago on our way back home from an event. There was a technical fault with one if our electronic windows and Siva helpfully assisted and managed to reinstate - if he hadn't the window wouldve been left open overnight! Thanks again!

The young small indian guy who is working on weekends does amazing work, super fast in getting the items and serving it. But, the old guy is too slow comparatively like tortoise. He is kinda short tempered and keeps stone face at all the time. I love this shop, though. Cheers!

This is on a very busy road and the entrance is a dangerously unclear and poorly marked - meaning i overshot it.It also has a very dangerous and awkward exit for thise wishing to turn right.Also the hose simply will not extend long enough if fuel cap is on other side.

Unfriendly In the shop , rude when receipt is asked, after petrol my motorcycle start to bogging on acceleration , the quality of the petrol was not good , in this period where gasoline is not so available , not convenient

In general, I'm not big fan of shops serving customers thru the small window in the night time. When i can't see what's on shelves i have no idea what out of that i want. Another thing is low quality of customer service

Poor customer service. We used click and collect at this shop but the staff member who was there today 31/10/2019 around17:00, was very rude. We have decided not to use their services again.

The gentleman at the desk was overly helpful: he kindly helped me adjusting the pressure on my tyres in a freezing evening. All this with good mood. I am so grateful! 10/10 stars for him!

Stuff extremely rude! The cashier guy called Tageevan rather then helping me has accused me of using the coffee machine wrong and told me that I should now how it works

It says it’s open 24hrs but it’s NOT. Waited for counter 10mins and told me they open 6am and only fuel is available 24hrs and I’m not able to buy costa coffee!

The website does not make it clear that although the petrol station is open 24 hours the actual shop is not. You can buy petrol and nothing else …
