Mr. Jose Tejeda is the best CS Advisor I have ever worked with and he goes the extra mile just to ensure all bases were covered with 100% professionalism. Definitely not the place for service if you're paying out of pocket, as they seem to only replace parts and not actually diagnose.
Very smooth service experience. John Paul was a great service advisor, friendly and informative. There is a cute little waiting area for kids, which kept my 2 yr old entertained while I waited to get checked in. The technician sent a thorough video of his findings and advice for my expressed issue.
