Solicité ayuda para una cuenta de ese banco y veo que la atención que tuve fue muy buena no puedo quejarme una señora de origen latino me ayudó abrirla sin ningún problema y sin mucha documentación a mi parecer me pareció muy buena y el servicio al cliente me a parecido excelente cuando e tenido problemas con la aplicación móvil me a ayudado a resolver los problemas incluso en el mismo día solicité ayuda varias veces al servicio al cliente y me ayudaron sin ningún inconveniente

This is a very unprofessional bank. I went to talk to someone about updating my account, that person did not try to help me . They just wanted to rush me along. Went today to deposit money in my account via the atm machine and I can't even do that. Once I am done with my checks I will be switching to another bank.

The banker was nice but she was so nice she was more interested in talking about Spotify and things on the App Store with a customer than doing her job even when someone was waiting. The banker then said “she’s just being nice.” Correct...she was being nice and not being productive at the same time.

Says closed for coming in but drive through is open until 530pm. They all left at 4. This is very annoying for those of us working in healthcare when you skip out on your duties. If we skip out on ours people get hurt or die with this virus going around. Will never come to this location again.

I just called into this location to get help with an overdrawing in my acct. I was hung up on by some RUDE, HISPANIC lady. Don’t work a customer service job if you can’t give good service. Hanging up on customers is not okay. Get a new job.

Stephen is awesome! Went above and beyond to link my accounts so I wouldn’t have to come in to do transfer. Everyone at this branch always takes great care of me.

This branch does it right. Courteous service and helpful suggestions let us assist our daughter in starting out her financial life. Highly recommended location.
