My mother has been going to this branch for a very, very long time now. Every time I visit the bank with my mom, we always receive the best service. For example, recently, my mom has been ill and not able to stand long. As you know due to Covid-19 you now have to line up before entering the branch. My mom and I went in the line and there was maybe 7 people ahead of us. We waiting 2 minutes in the line and already that was too much for my 77 year old mother to wait. Before I could beg the security guard to let us in, the teller Rosie had already asked permission for my mom and I to come in and be seated. The security guard was at the door already waiting for us so that he could let us in . Rosie is by far one of the best teller on the planet!!! She is friendly, attentative, informative, solves your concerns on the spot and always...ALWAYS SENDS YOU HOME WITH A SMILE. All of the tellers at this branch are superb but Rosie has helped me out of crises many, many times. If I were to win the lottery, Rosie would enjoy a trip any where in the world she wants to go ON ME! ROSIE is not just my BMO teller, she has become family!!! I strongly believe that when someone has gone above the call of duty for you, they should be honored. Cheers to you Rosie Care!!!!!!
This is the worst branch ever. Stay away from BMO and this branch. Firstly you go through 5-6 calls just so someone at the branch could pick up the call. Secondly even after them saying they will call back… they never did. It gets very frustrating because if i am to get a service at least i should be informed. If i ask something from the representative, they should at least get back to me in a timely manner especially when matters are very Very URGENT AND IMPORTANT. It gets very hard for someone to go through this system. I mean i do not have the power even though its my hard earned money. And i have already been charged for the service too. Cmon the least you could have done is to pick up at least one of my one of my calls. Very hard to deal with these people. Hire someone who actually cares for your customers and is good in term of customer service experience.
In person service is okay, could be better. Would rank lower than 1 star for phone service if possible! Over the phone is absolutely horrible, not because of bad service rather they are completely not accessible. I have been trying to call for about 3 weeks now to speak to someone about credit cards and no matter what time I call there is a message of a 4 hour wait time. I have usually given up after waiting for about 40 mins to an hour. I have tried calling in the morning, evening, late night all over various days and have had no success in speaking to someone. If you cannot pick up at least have a call back feature so people are not wasting their time. This bad experience is really making me consider switching to a different. Either figure out a way to have a call back system or booking an appointment online because I cannot be the only frustrated customer.

I recently decided to go back to that branch, Ms AMANY ZAKI was there and she was the best!!!! After conducting my business she called back several time to make sure I received what I came in for. Her professionalize was over the top. She had a very gentle, sincere and caring manner. I am truly please I meet her and because of her I will begin to use BOM as my primarily bank again. Honestly the worst bank to work with every single location is the same. They are extremely slow and makes everything extremely difficult to get done. I would never refer anyone too them. Rosie at the Bristol location is the best rep to be within BMO’s history of me being with them! I have closed all my accounts and transferring to a new bank! There was one issue and branch manager from Leslie location both times have made the issues I have had extremely difficult and inconvenient!!!!! The previous branch manager Caesar was the absolute worst service ever since I had any bank accounts anywhere!
Hi, I went to BMO last week to ask about issuing a credit card, they booked for me an appointment today at 11:00 am, August 22, 2023, I visited the bank today on time, they told me please wait 5-10 minutes as the financial advisor is busy, he did not appear, I left the bank because no one showed, he called after 30 minutes and asked if we could continue by phone, I was busy and asked to give me a call after one hour, but unfortunately, until now he did not call me, the day almost done, it’s really a disrespect to the customer and there is no obligation to appointments.
