The collection lacks variety, and my recent attempt to return a cycle was met with significant delays in refund processing—taking an unreasonably long three weeks. Moreover, when inquiring about the refund, the staff not only refused to provide a timely resolution but also used inappropriate language and abusive words, especially towards female customers. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this shop due to these concerning issues. Improved customer service and a more diverse collection would greatly benefit your business.

One of the worst behaviour from the Employee.I have bought kid's cycle & returned 3 weeks back ,due to size issue. worker promised refund within 2 days and I have been visiting from last 3 weeks for my re-fund but there was no progression. Today I requested for owner phone number with him, but suddenly worker started abusing & tried to do man handling . Dear Owner, Request your immediate intervention and take necessary action on your worker. One of the worst experience I have faced along with family. Not recommended strongly !!!
