If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went into get my gel nail polish removed. They filed it off with an electric file within 5 minutes. They didn’t apply any softener or soak my nails in acetone. All of my long nails broke off that night and I’m left with nails that have been filed down so intensely. The photo attached shows the extent of how deeply down they filed down (see the grooves on my thumb). This was careless and a waste of money. Go elsewhere To respond back to their response: I never insisted you take me in. You said you had time to do it and did it. I also was not short on time. I literally had nothing to do that day. I waited in the waiting room for my friend after for at least 20 minutes. The other option was never presented to me. How was I supposed to know you were choosing to use a more damaging form of removal when you had the other option available ? I've had gel nails removed 100s of times and they have never used a file on me so I would have had no reference point to know how damaging it is.

I had a bad experience with this beauty salon unfortunately. I went to make highlights and cutting of my hair where the highlight of the hair was done not in a good way. It was about five o’clock and I was still sitting with folio on my hair but salon people and master was not quite polite and telling me that they don’t have time anymore and they have to finish my hair work. I paid them and requested to come back next day to make the unfinished job more esthetic. For the next day i came for master ( a lady) to finish my hair work. She tried to finish it but in very unprofessional way and for that she was demanding extra money and was not glad at all and quite rude. Quite rude from the begging of my visit of the salon and THE MOST UNPLEASANT THING IS THAT SHE ALWAYS PULLS YOUR HAIR TO CHANGE YOUR HEAD DIRECTION AS IF YOUR ARE A DALL OR SOMETHING ELSE, WHICH IS QUITE UNPLEASANT. I DON’T RECOMMEND!

Awful salon. I highly do not recommend. Rude incompetent employees. Not available in plain pink. Write down and take money in advance for outstanding work. The color that I liked turned out to be almost empty, they had no analogue, in the end they offered red or raspberry or mother-of-pearl. Well, you understand that these are completely different colors, right? I'm shocked!!! Consider that they robbed me of 400 kune without providing services. But the earth is round and it will return to them either the salon will burn down or they will get into very bad trouble!

Abzocke! auf einmal war der Preis doppelt so hoch und dafür sind die Nägel nicht mal schön. Ich hatte schöne Gelnägel drauf die leider rausgewachsen sind die haben sie dann einfach mit einer normalen Nagelfeile bisscheb runtergefeilt (habe mitten im Nagel einen riesen Absatz) und drüber gemalt. Als es dann vorbei war hiess es, weil ich schon Gel drauf hatte und die feilen mussten ist es teurer! 60€ umgerechnet bezahlt. Ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Went to get a haircut today after several weeks of traveling (and drying out/ ruining my hair swimming etc) Hairdresser was really great, her English was amazing which was very helpful. Knew exactly what to do with my hair - it looks so much better, toner was perfect and haircut is exactly how I like it. Would 100% recommend

Vor 3 Jahren war ich schon einmal spontan hier zum Haare schneiden. Daher in diesem Urlaub wieder spontan vorbei geschaut und eine halbe Stunde später einen Termin bekommen. Sehr entspannt und freundlich. Wünsche werden umgesetzt. Falls ich einmal wieder in Dubrovnik bin, komme ich gerne ein drittes Mal.

Beauty Line is the best beauty spa in Dubrovnik. I’ve had multiple treatments here over the years and they are consistently great. I’m always pleased with their services (especially eye brow shaping). Staff are also extremely friendly, accomodating and professional. Would 100% recommend

Had my hair done yesterday. What a terrible experience! Will not recommend at all! My curly waves after few hours in Dubrovnik turn into a mess and the hair looked awful (dry, not smooth at all). Very upset and disappointed in service.
