I never leave reviews but I had to this time! Have been wanting to visit BK for so long and it’s quite a journey from south London but I’m glad I finally did! First of all what an amazing salon with great staff! From the Somali man (who noticed I was waiting and acknowledged me to ask if I had been seen to), to the lovely receptionist and assistants, and of course the amazing Ugur! Everyone was so polite and customer service was on point! From the consultation to the end, Ugur was great. Even with a language barrier he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything! I’ve been to many hair salons in and around London but this experience and the result of my hair, hands down the best. Ugur is amazing at his job! He is a perfectionist and I’m so glad I’ve found my hairdresser! Already had countless compliments on my hair. Feeling like a brand new woman! Thank you UG!! Just a thought, does BK offer loyalty cards for returning customers? Also some biscuits or cake with the tea offered would be nice as I was so hungry after 6hours! Or maybe next time I will bring snacks :) Don’t mean this in a negative way at all, just constructive critism that you may want to consider or not. Either way I’ll be returning for sure! I went by reading the comments and came back to write the same. You feel the cleanliness and tidiness from the first step you enter the store. They are professionals and take care of you very well. I just cut my hair, because I said cut a little from the end, they really cut it a little bit. I said that because they always cut too much when I say it like that :D That's why I told them to shorten it a little more and it was exactly what I wanted. The hijab section is spacious and very clean. I think it's a hall for 6 people. In other words, it does not cut your hair in the waxing room like other hairdressers do. You feel special. A place to go with a few friends and get a hair treatment. By the way, hairdressers generally try to sell a lot of products and services, it is very difficult to just cut your hair and leave. But they didn't offer anything here. All employees are very kind and do their job on time. I found my hairdresser in London. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Best regards

Didn’t want to write a negative review but I came a few weeks to get a natural balayage however my hair was done completely different to what I wanted. I then went back the next day and got my hair done by Sergio to get it fixed and he did such an amazing job however management suggested I get another toner first on top of the bleach and toner I had done which didn’t come out how I wanted. I then had to get colour done again as well as a third toner. Love the colour now however the whole process has really damaged my curls so my hair is always in a bun and don’t feel like I can wear it out. Considering a big chop or a keratin treatment. Just a bit disappointment as I had high expectation given the money you pay however really happy with the Sergio fixed it, such a shame it took so many processes

I had the best experience ever! I was hesitant to come to a salon where I’ve never been nor used BUT as soon as I entered, the welcome was outstanding! Such friendly people! The consultation is like no other! They ask you questions to understand you fully and to make sure you project your wants. They also want the best FOR YOU! I thought I needed bleach, but nope for the health for my hair they recommend a hair colour and style which I LOVE! This salon is honestly amazing! The stylist Sergio was amazing and they made sure I never needed anything! Definitely will be coming back but also will definitely spread the word! I cried after my session with the team because the results were amazing! THANK YOU THANK YOU

Haircut: As a new hijabi I found it very difficult to find a ladies only salon. When my mother told me about Beauty Kulture I thought I would give it a try. There is a seperate area for ladies only who want to protect their modesty but also get their hair done professionally. It can be so difficult to find hairdressers who can cater to hijab wearing women but beauty kulture did a fabulous job. Wax: I’ve been to wax places but this was by far the most comfortable. The room was clean and had an AC so neither me or my wax lady were sweating. Great service throughout. Overall the team make you comfortable and offer a lovely service for a great price. Will keep coming back! They have found a lifelong customer.

Today i just had the best experience at beauty kulture Rigersa did my makeup and she was amazing she listened to everything i wanted and did exactly that. She was soo nice to me made me feel welcomed and I absolute loved my makeup. I also did my hair Olga took amazing care of me at start when i came in welcomed me mad me feel right at home and Suzana took over for the styling and she made my hair look unbelievably beautiful. I cant thank them enough for all their work today, because i left feeling amazing. Amazing services you won’t be disappointed!! I got tape in extensions and colour done and it was on point 10/10 the hair quality is amazing the whole team is amazing, delah the receptionist is so welcoming honestly felt like I’m talking to a friend, Bruna is the besttttt in the game she did my extensions perfectly !! And the blend was just phenomenal, she has magic fingers. ASI is so fun he really made me enjoy my time there. The owner Aba is so humble and so passionate about her business she takes it’s so serious to make sure you have th best experience I’m so happy to have found this salon and it’s local !! It was my first time at beauty kulture and I was very impressed with the service I received. I went to have a sew in weave done for the 1st time so I was a little nervous. My stylist was Samrawit and she was so polite & friendly. She had the hair ready and she finished installing it so quickly without any pain. She also gave me tips on how to look after it properly which was really helpful. I also had my makeup done by Aba as I had a wedding to attend and she was so friendly and professional. My makeup looked amazing and I got so many compliments that night. Aba is a very wonderful & skilled MUA Masha’Allah. I will definitely be returning soon.

Hi, I went to beauty Kulture yesterday to get my hair and makeup done, my hair was amazing and could not fault it but my makeup was another story. My makeup cracked on the way to the event and I was very disappointed as I didn’t bring my makeup to even try and correct it. I had to brave and carry on but I felt so conscious the entire time I was there, just wanted to wipe it all off. I feel like I have definitely wasted my money and could have done a much better job myself :(. I am normally a confident girl and this happening to me made me so self aware. I wanted to slay after treating myself but I was very disappointed ☹️.

I did a lot of research before getting balayage done and I’m so glad I went recommendations for Beauty Kulture, they truly are experts in Balayage (and much more). The best in London - that’s for sure. As you can see in the before and after photo below - the results are clear to see. What a stunning transformation. The workers were friendly and sweet, they listened to my exact needs and couldn’t have done more to make sure I left the salon feeling a million bucks. Wow, where do I even start with this salon?! My hair was not in the greatest condition after using box dyes during lockdown and really needed some TLC! It was my first time in the salon and I got a balayage done which turned out even better than I thought. Ugur was my stylist and I cannot give him enough credit for the amazing job he did on my hair. He is really professional and patient. Ugur in fact is a hair god! The salon is also very clean with welcoming staff. Thank you so so much to Ugur and the entire team you are all so amazing!

Lutfiye did a phenomenal job on my hair. She achieved my desired cut and manipulated my hair by giving it volume through the way she cut my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted, not to mention her mannerism was perfect! Not only did she do my hair but she also do my eyebrows, upper lip & waxing! What a talented woman. Not to mention the service at the shop was amazing. I felt so welcomed and all my needs where catered too. Definitely going back and will be recommending to all my family and friends! Thank you BK

I came to get my makeup done, I loved it, but 2 hours after my makeup moved, was in such a bad panic attack because I had my brothers wedding to go to, spoke to the owner about the situation the next day because I saved alot to get that makeup done and it was a treat for myself, owner did offer me a part refund, but i did say I did not want it because I don't like hurting ppls business, but she insisted in getting my address to send me something. Inshallah will go back if I am able to in the future. Experience was 10/10.

I have been coming to Beauty Kulture since they opened in 2018. I always have a great experience here, and I would highly recommend Bruna or Angel for your hair needs. I am part of the customer membership which allows me to benefit from 2 blow drys and treatments for only £35 a month! This is an amazing deal, and if you want a professional and 10/10 service I would suggest coming here. The salon offers a range of different services for every hair type, and can offer a stylist that can handle all hair types.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! I cannot believe a company like this is able to operate with such lack of skills. No people skills, no understanding of the industry industry and then to treat PAYING customers the way they do is horrific. Avoid this place like the plague. This company got caught out for lying red handed and still tried to lie. Their skill set is non existent and if you’re not happy they lie lie through their teeth not to refund you. Please if you have any sense DO NOT GO HERE !!!

I came in for some tape extensions for length. I had an amazing experience (i have never done tape in extensions before) Everyone was very helpful, kind, friendly. I got the balayage look without bleaching my hair. Amazing. I even came back the next day for a slight trim of the extensions. They kept my kids occupied gave them a free hair style and blow dry. such a friendly environment. I have finally found my forever salon. My stylist was Bruna and Sergio

I am so happy with the service at the salon, the staff were very friendly and went over and above to ensure that I achieved my desired look. They were super accommodating and Susan made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. The make up artist was very talented and affordable. I love that the owner is so hands on and makes sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face. Honestly, if you’re thinking of going - just go! They’re the best.

ah i went in for a protein treatment. my third time. one thing about beauty kulture is they will have great customer service. as a hijabi i love that they cater to us, it makes the whole experience more enjoyable and comfortable. even providing prayer mat and a quite place to pray, i love. it is more on the expensive side to be honest but you’re paying for the whole experience so for me it’s worth it. olga was the stylist she was sooo thorough.

I had a botched balayage done by a previous hairdresser, was super stressed as I’m getting married in a couple weeks! I was recommended this salon by a friend and it exceeded my expectations!! Lutfiya did my hair and she did an amazing job, she fixed what was previously done, while giving me a balayage even better than I expected I left with my hair feeling so soft and luscious even after being bleached! Would definitely recommend!

Beauty kulture uk is by far one of the best salons I have been to. Usually I am quite nervous in trying out new places but I did my research and was happy to go ahead with it. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! Can’t fault them one bit. They even offered to do my make up and put on eye lashes at the end. Service was perfect throughout the time that I was there. I highly recommend beauty Kulture for all ethnicities! I got party hair done with Bruna, I Walked in not really knowing and being sceptical as I have Afro hair and she did better than I could’ve imagined. I got my makeup done by Rania not knowing what type of makeup I wanted but she did an amazing job, it complimented my face so well. They honestly had me feeling like a princess, I have definitely found my new salon!

I’ve been here twice since moving to ponders end and I’m so glad I found it! The people there are all really lovely, very welcoming and friendly. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and it’s by far the best results I’ve ever had, my mum liked them so much she came all the way from Tring to get hers done there too! Amela!!! (Sorry if I spelt it wrong). Very very good wafer. She done a tremendous job on my Hollywood wax. She made sure to leave nothing behind and it was soo smooth and she even removed in-grown hair for me. I recommended 100% been coming here for 3 years now. I had a balayage done by Sherry and with the help of Alex. Both were absolutely amazing!! I’m so so happy with the results, Sherry knew what my vision was, and the wailers came out better than I expected, hee advised me on how to maintain my hair after also which was a great help. This is my second year coming to Beauty Kulture and I will be coming back to Sherry!

Had the best experience today at BK. Went in with my hair feeling dry and lifeless and came out with my hair feeling amazing with the Botox treatment.
