Over the course of the past 4 months we have had multiple consultations and paid for a review of our application and I was not impressed with the quality of the work nor the service. We paid for 3 consultations and one application review and the feedback and comments were that the application wasn't strong and needed more supporting documents. They did not provide any tips, used cases, scenarios, creative strategies or ideas or anything other than provide more information. We hired a lawyer because we wanted to have an expert walk us through this process but here we are on the day before submitting our application spending hours online going through forums and tips to improve our application and I believe that we should have done this from the start. When brought up that we would have liked to have gotten more out of this we we're told that we should have contracted a lawyer to do it. I will say that this is a family business with good people, but some lawyers are in over their heads and that probably shows in the acceptance rate of the clients. RESPONSE: I called a lawyer because I was confused and needed help. If I was recommended to hire a lawyer on retainer I wouldn't have chosen the other route which would end up costing the same but leave me in the position where I am today. I hope that you realize that people hire lawyers out of fear and anxiety of being rejected. The spend a lot of money with the hope that the service will ensure that they are successful with their application. Understand that a weak application means that a couple will no longer be able to be together and have to do long distance for a long time or just simply end the relationship. These applications can have a very big affect on someones life, it's not just business. Ps. If someones application is weak make it clear as day that the application is weak and will be denied and a waste of $1500. Provide clear instructions on how to improve application from weak to good and go beyond saying add more information or supporting documents. If you cannot help clients get to a point where their application is great after 4 consults and a review, you may not be ready for these kinds of clients.

I had taken an appointment with Nataly three months ago to review my PR application that was initially submitted through another lawyer in 2021. I had not received any response, which was extremely stressful and overwhelming. However, Nataly helped me find a way to get an update on my case, something my previous lawyer failed to do as he changed his email address without notifying me.
