Worst experience ever , i booked with them appointment at Al Eid day at 10:00 am and i book it before one day I went their and they were closed !!!! I called the number and the receptionist pick the call and say say you can wait in front of the door the staff on the way I told her i already have appointment at 10:00 she say we closed 6:00 am !!! So am as client i have to wait in front of the door because they closed 6:00 am they are the most expensive salon in the area and even that they cant respect costumer or make service on time or give service matching their price Not first time with them One time for protein service and i can mention that it was worst protein service i face it in my life Add to that all the staff when they make any service to you they eat your brain talking about their personal problems Never will go their or advice anyone to go

This place i would describe it as heaven on earth, the staff are just incredible and very professional i had a hair cut with Hala and eyebrow threading Kawthar, and i just walked out more than satisfied, i’ve been trying to find a professional saloon in Sharjah for over a decade i usually go to dubai but hands down this one get my 5 star for the ambiance and staff and the place as well . Honestly Alhamdullah those girlies are really like family. Thanks u soo much
