FANTASTIC!!! What can I say? All the staff here at Autumn Place are absolutely amazing. Even when I first started going to this pharmacy they took the time to learn my name and I was quite shocked that on my second visit I was already greeted by name as if I were a customer of theirs for many many years. Have been a customer of other pharmacies for many years and they still to this day ask my name as if they have no idea who I am which is ridiculous. I have lived in the Endeavour Hills area for almost 40 years so I’m fairly well acquainted with most of the pharmacies in the City of Casey area and have to say that Autumn Place are definitely up there with the best if not the best actually. The staff fare extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help you find the product/products you require and no matter how busy they may be they always take that extra moment to stop listen and have a chat to see how you’re doing etc. Another great bonus is that they offer home delivery EVERYDAY of the week (except weekends of course) of your scripts and or other items you may need delivered. I honestly cannot recommend Autumn Place highly enough. Well done everyone you’re all amazing. Thank you for the fantastic customer service. Asked for chemist warehouse price for my prescription. Which is $12.99 go to counter to pay tries charging me $20.00. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.they should of said no we wont match the price in the first instance. Left with my prescription without there overpriced medication. This is the second time they have tried to rip my off. The first time I ever went there they tried to give me almost a 50% price mark up on prescription medication.in that instance I refused and they gave me a price match at chemist warehouse prices. But today no can do. Thanks for the service

The girl Cash is really rude, she also tried to double charge me for medication. I asked her how long will the order take, as i could see her and a boy goofing around at the counter, she barked back and told me as if i couldnt see they were busy! Im really sadened by this rude, unprofessional and unexpected behaviour. I followed up with lisa on sunday in regards to the disrespectful behaviour and there was no apology, no empathy just what happened? and Ill make an incident report. It feels really bizare how lisa spoke with me.

Booked to get my booster. According to the bookings website, they had a lot a spaces today. Arrived 15min before my appointment time. I don't know why they bother with appointments, 20 people in front of me waiting, some walk ins. Stood in line to check in, line didn't move for 30min. Ended up having to cancel my appointment. Excuse was 1 pharmist on. Well if that's the case, do appointments only and change the booking times to accommodate this.

One day I bought some medicine but they didn't mention any price in the printed label. I asked pharmacist why Metformine xr 500mg 100 pcs price is $20 where as I bought same thing from chemist warehouse $7.25. After challenging the price she wanted to sell it $9. I felt so embraced and hopeless for helping local pharmacy.

Amazing staff, friendly, helpful. They’ve always taken the time to explain the medications to me. I’ve called a couple of times to ask if I can mix certain meds and the chemists were more than happy to answer my questions. Nice shop with a clean layout and they sell a variety of things other than medication.

Pharmacists and staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They have a wide range of health and beauty products. I have been coming here for years and have always received excellent service. The pharmacists are familiar with my history and look after me very well. I have no need to go anywhere else.

Great vaccination experience for my mother and I. Greeted by a friendly staff member at the vaccination desk and the process was fast and streamlined. Busy pharmacy but everything went smoothly and potential side effects were explained plainly. Happily would recommend this pharmacy to others.

Not bad service. I have had some trouble with incorrect medications in packs. At times there have been a misunderstanding due to lack of miscommunication with fellow staff members. They have given me an account for medications which has helped but going over by like $2 is a no no.

Overpriced for a prescription drug i require monthly. $16.15 is extreme every other pharmacy charges between $6 and $8 Shop locally i can't afford.
