I bought a car from there...I ended up getting into a wreck 2 weeks later. My Insurance company totaled out the car and paid it off. I asked the finance company about the down payment. They said I had to get it from the dealership. (Well of course the dealership gave me the run arounds!) They hound you when they trying to sell you the car but afterwards they barely answer the phones or transfer you from person to person. When I get another vehicle I WON'T BE GOING THERE! also, the 2017 maxima that they sold me after the wreck...it had roaches crawling out of it. I hadn't even driven the car yet...only from the dealership to home. It sat parked and untouched until 2 weeks later when I had the wreck.

I just bought a Chevy Silverado from here about a month ago. Because it has not rained in Houston I did not know that there was a leak in the vehicle and I came by the service center to ask if they could have it fixed. Because I bought used and as is, they are not willing to help me out and the cost to repair this is $600. I think it’s pretty messed up that they would sell a vehicle that has a leak in it. It has not rained in Houston until recently for me to notice that there’s a bad leak going on. It is on the A-frame where the driver sits. I have always bought used and this is my third used vehicle and also happens to be the first that has a leak in it.

Money Serpants ..... People Beware of Extended Warranty scam....don't believe them if they say you "have to have them"......& ask your leinholder for a copy of the paperwork sent to them (as they may be worded different). So disappointed in my experience with this dealership.. …

I purchased a car for my college student. They did not let me know the car that I was purchasing still had the Takata air bags in it. I do believe that this is against the law.
