After having a terrible time with mechanics, I was hesitant to trust or try anyone new but I was desperate to get my car fixed. After learning that automo was under new management I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did-they exceeded my expectations. Their pricing was fair, their service 5 star and their team cares about the customer. I have referred multiple friends and family to automo and they have received the same level of service and expertise. I met Jeff and he told me about Automogarage! I said I needed to get my winter tires put on, and get an oil change! He told me at Autmo Garage they have great prices compared to others. I made an appointment and he helped me with swapping my tires and getting an oil change and gave me an amazing price!! He also told me about some things to look out for, as they found something interesting going on. After my visit I have decided that this will be the place I always go to for any of my vehicle needs!! I went this place to install my new tires. Benjamin (tire technician) is so adorable to deal. He assign job to other tire technician Jass. When I drove car, it was shacking like horrible above 80km. I called to shop & nicely said that you can visit anytime, we will fix it. I visited next day & found wheel balance for all are so bad. Then Derek & Benjamin fixed it & thank you to both of you. I live in Airdrie so coming again for such job is not nice professionally. ☹️ I may go this place again but prefer to perform job from specific technicians.

Went this garage only because of a friend. Service was great by chief technician, Bini! High 5 for quick and reliable service! On other hand, it’s unfortunate the front Desk lacks people skill and courtesy huge opportunity to coach their staff in customer service skills. “It’s not what you say but it’s how you say” plays a big roll now days in providing exceptional customer service! So many service providers out there and you can only outstand from the rest by providing spectacular customer experience. so please take this feedback to improve!

Got my tires changed to winter tires and the next morning I find that one tire is completely flat. I tried to call them 4 times that day and got no answers. I ended up using another company to fix my tire and they confirmed it was a fault in Automo garages limited work.. afterwards I called them a couple more times and still no answer. also they had bad communication from the start, they didn't call me when they were done and even though I was waiting outside (in the cold). They hardly spoke to me when arriving there. Bad Vibes.

I had major brake repair and car maintenance done by Jeff and was absolutely amazed at the professionalism, workmanship, and honesty at this shop. I had specifically asked for OEM parts to be used and was provided with photos of the parts and boxes every step of the way. Jeff was able to fix issues with my brake system that my dealership had failed to remedy. My vehicle runs like new and I didn't have to pay over inflated dealer prices. Will be recommending this shop to my friends and family without hesitation.

I booked for Vehicle annual inspection and I went there he told me I have to change my winter tires first I said ok and asked for the price it’s $100 and I told him I want to replace my break light bulb and asked him for the price $40 and I asked him why he over priced it he told this is a licensed mechanical shop and if I broke something you blame me that’s why you’re paying. now I understand why they are charging $34.99 for inspection and left from the shop. REPLACING BULBS COST $40 that’s funny.

The owner Arnel, is a hard working guy and he works with his integrity! He helps people and charges them at a very reasonable price. I had my truck booked in with these guys. I received a call an hour before my appointment at 1830 to confirm what work needed to be done then got given a quote over the phone to have my tires changed well over the price stated on their website but I agreed any way . Then I got hung up on and a text message saying my appointment has been cancelled .. what a waste of my time .

I took my car in after a coolant leak. I met Jeff who who why was friendly and transparent about the issues. After inspection and diagnostic, it was determined I needed a new thermostat and radiator which aligned with previous issues I was having with the car. They kept the car overnight but were accommodating and offered free transportation. Overall satisfied.

I've had my fair share of bad mechanics & over priced rates @ dealerships across Canada, but the team at Automo Garage did an amazing job! Jeff did a great job communicating with me what work I may need to be done in the future to plan ahead and not leave it to the last minute. Thank you! I'll definitely be back to service my car again in the future.

It is not easy to find a mechanic you can trust and who does not try to oversell and scam you. I have seen Jeff a few times now for several services and would highly recommend. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave the shop happy. I can almost say for sure it's the best service and best price you can get in this city!

They are so bad service. They Ignore the customers and they don’t respond. Booked appointment yesterday on square app. They did not respond on phone or follow up. I am regular customer for that I was waitting for more than an hour and was not the first time. I don’t recommend this shop to any one.

Friendly, knowledgeable technicians do great work and you won't find a better price anywhere. I have a 2020 Crosstrek and I still take it there when I need work done. I love that I can book my appointments online as well I can call them if I have any questions. Highly highly recommend!

Please avoid this non professional, careless and lazy employees. I went at 6:30 pm to get my car inspected concerning the airbag ; I was told that they can not take a look at my car because they had a long day even though they close at 9pm.

Jeff and the entire team are a wealth of knowledge. We take our x3 and x5 for all repairs and maintenance. Great service and always so accommodating. Highly recommended!!
