I wish I can give less than one star. I came few time to fill gas and every time I get difficulty dealing with the staff there. I asked for quotation to change the gas hose and they send me so I asked for clarification which is my right and I asked to fill the gas. So the staff super rude and bad attitude and because I am women they speak very bad and refusing to explain the quotation also refuse to fill the gas cuz they want me to approve quotation I said no it’s too expensive then they said no gas to fill. Also they speak in different languages and what I understand is to increase the gas price if I will fill .Very bad team and I wish owner and management read my review to know what customers especially women being treated.

I asked technicians to change brake pads that I've supplied. Obviously they wanted to find a way to make more sales so they bearly looked at the wheels and told me I've to change the whole disc on all four wheels, when I can see the condition still very good. Not honest, not straight forward and I refused to do the job there. The approach could've been more objective and technical, not just trying to make sales.

I had major noises emitting from my crank shaft. Sohaib at AutoPro-7085 was very professional, knowledgeable & experienced to diagnose the problem & repair it in less than 1 hour. He also made a complete car inspection on my BMW & carried out an oil change that was due. Best service received from any garage in Dubai. Keep up the great work Sohaib. I went to change oil of my car it was really hot there reception AC isn’t working outside staff is really struggling to do the job there’s No fan even and other thing I saw there’s offer if you change oil you may can part of the luck draw of iphon 14 but after changing oil they said the offer isn’t her started

I have visited the shop last week and got 100% satisfaction from the service representative especially Mr Sohaib! He is an extra ordinary professional and experienced person as well as super polite and gentle attitude. I personally would recommend to visit the shop, for sure you will get a best service.

Very bad service, always less staffed place. Being at prime location they don’t have enough staff..you have to stand and wait and request for much longer time for even smaller request. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless very urgency.

Came to change my crankshaft position sensor . and they order the parts at 5.30 pm and parts delivered in 3 hours . and then they called me for repair. it’s done in 20 mins . amazing work by auto pro staffs. Thansk you auto pro
