HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This was my first experience at Autoplus Fawkner and they definitely exceeded all expectations. Corey the manger was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I dropped my car off for a minor service at 8am and told them to call me if anything additional needed to be done. I received a call midday to say my car was ready, talk about prompt service. My invoice was exactly what I was quoted, no hidden charges. On arrival to pick up my car Corey went over the invoice and even showed me the old items that were taken out of my car and replaced, which is great if you’re someone that doesn’t have much knowledge when it comes to vehicles. Overall the customer service was exceptional and Corey makes you feel comfortable and confident trusting him and his team with your vehicle. Glen and Paul are amazing in all the services and car repairs that we had with them for our 2 cars in 5 yrs and counting. They are very polite and respectful to customers, explaining and showing all the details of items to be repaired and costs involved. We can't thank them enough for keeping us safe in all our travels by looking after our cars so well. First time taking my car to the guys at AutoPlus. Was super easy and quick to book with Corey and was met by the lovely Steve at the front desk. Steve and Corey were awesome, they kept me informed the whole time with what needed to be done to my car. As someone who doesnt know alot about cars, i felt super comfortable talking to them and didnt feel silly for asking questions. Very friendly and passionate team, very happy with the service and the explanations on what has been serviced and what needs to be repaired. When asking for recommendations on concerns I had about my vehicle they were very insightful when speaking with me, which is a huge bonus on my end to be able to choose what I need to do next to have a good safe working car. business has gone downhill since new owners. Car serviced 6 months ago with no major issues but now there was 2K of repairs which is more than the value of my car. Primary reason to get the car in was the heater not working. Once they got the service money they said it was another 1K to take out the dashboard which i didn't do so the primary reason for taking in the car was not rectified..

Was worried as I had a major service due on my car plus some known issues with it. Could not have been more pleased with the experience, Steve was great to chat to when picking up the car (price was significantly better than I expected) and pointed out some things to watch for in the days after the service. Just had my brake rotors and pads replaced here. Steve is friendly and efficient and the job cost what was quoted. They also fixed noisy front brakes that the Dealership failed to rectify after they replaced the front pads. Can recommend this business! Great to find my next local mechanic.
