Would not recommend this place to trust your car with! We prepaid for the week and our scan card did not work (they said their machine doesn’t work but the other car we were travelling with did work) they took the scan card and instead of reissuing a new one they said they would let us in and out for the days that we prepaid for. Each time we wanted to leave they hassled us, were rude, and made us feel like it was our fault that cars were lined up behind us because we had to wait until they came to open the gate. By the way the button with question mark/help on the machine does not work and when you ask them for help they are so lazy and reluctant to even leave their office space. Please spend your money on a better place with nicer and more helpful staff. It was a really frustrating experience for us, they even threatened us because we wanted to leave and they didn’t want to let us out even though we prepaid. Not worth the hassle.

Worst service ever. I often park at Stanley because I work next door. There is a special if you come until 8am and today I arrived at 7:55 and due their renovations there was a little traffic inside the parking. So at my arrival there were 3 cars in front of me and the guy was manually printing parking tickets. He gave me one and it says exactly 8:00am on it but they made me pay 17.75$ instead of 14$ because the same guy explained to me that "he can't print another ticket" and that I arrived too late. No apologies, nothing. After hundreds of dollars I paid them throughout the years they rip me off like that and lose a customer.

I would also rate this place under one star too. We paid for the in and out privileges for four days with out hotel and upon the first day, the scan card didn’t work. We were let in and out for three days with problems exiting each day even though they said we wouldn’t. The last day took the cake though…lady working that day gave us the worst experience. Wouldn’t respond to repeated calls to office (said system was broken/low - so why not put a sign that says please see office for any problems?) We we’re obviously already frustrated with the situation and it could’ve been relieved with some empathy and just letting us out.

If i could rate it less than 1 star i would! They always change their prices, i’ve been parked there a year, every tuesday and i normally pay 8,75$-9$ but this morning, i had to pay 17,75$ for i dont know what reason And when i ask the guy at the cash, he just doesnt know anything!! The price always change it say 8,75$ at the front then when its time to leave it becomes 17$!! You definitely lost a client today! Learn how to run a god damn business!

Went there and before i even enter the place i asked the man that was there how much it is, he said 14$... i was happy cause it was 1$ less the next door competitors and so i got in.... next thing you know few jours later came for my car, had to pay 18$ and the guy said sorry u got there at 8:30 the promo was over it finishes at 8... ok well im sorry but i would have never used your service if your clerk havent lied to me at first!!!

Convenient and affordable parking in a great location that was near my hotel. I had my kayaks on top of my car and had trouble finding a parking garage in Montreal with a high enough clearance, but this one with its 7'6" clearance had plenty of room. The parking garage seemed secure and I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on my car there. If I ever drive to Montreal again I'd park there.

The parking attendant Khan, was super friendly & extremely helpful. Visiting for a few days & staying at Best Western around corner, but it seems the voucher/partnership they have is confusing to the Best Western employees. All in all though, prices are reasonable for the area, & they had plenty of availability of parking spaces.

Increased the price for the weekend at 12 instead of 9, you can stay till monday before 6 am. But they should consider the people who work Saturday and Sunday, I have to pay twice 12$ instead of 9. I will have to find another parking, I was parking here for more than 4 years every weekend. Too bad

Very good indoor parking with competitive rates, convenient location. Stuff here is very helpful, our parking ticket was taken by room cleaning ppl when we stayed at the hotel, but the lady there was able to trace our car and let us exit without extra charge.

Great indoor garage that has 24 hour security and a competitive rate of $18 for 24 hours and $22 if you want in and out privileges. The garage is pretty spacious with enough room for 2 way traffic and is clean and well maintained.

Left my car here for 3 nights while staying at the Novotel. This place was $18 per night vs $25+ at the hotel so a good deal. Seemed to be security present 24/7 so felt safe to leave my car here compared to a surface parking lot.

Convenient indoor downtown parking garage. Overnight rate was roughly $18 a night Canadian which makes it a whole lot better than local hotel overnight rates. The Golden Mile restaurants are just a couple of blocks away.

Older building with upward parking levels as opposed to typical underground parking! Actually preferred this setup feeling less suffocated. Polite staff and clean enough. Fair pricing considering the central location.

DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU GO TO BELL CENTER OMG, 3.5 hours to leave this parking, one car goes per green light, mega panic from everyone, don’t be fooled by the 20$ good price for events, park somewhere else omg

They increased the price from 9 to 12 dollars on weekend. The lots are empty on weekends, it’s too expansive. The nearby Dorchester Square garage only costs 8 dollars on weekend, which is more affordable.

Great parking in Montreal.. Stayed at local hotel without parking. $53 for 2.5 days here. Hotel wanted $75+tax for another local spot. Will use this parking anytime downtown Montreal

Parked here a whole weekend from Friday night to Monday morning for $51. Found my battery dead, staff gave me a boost, very helpful. Would park here again next visit to Montreal.

Montreal is a confusing place to park! Autoparc is good value, and it's secure. Means you don't have to keep going and putting another 12 hours on your car.

Left our car here for our weekend trip, $36 for 2 nights 3 days. Reasonable and clean. Would have been pricier for us to get a street permit where we are.

Well priced, nice staff. Going up up towards the top floor is a little narrow. Sometimes you have to back up to allow a leaving car to pass.

It was the best priced parking we could find, also one of the places that made us feel the car would be safe when we left it.

Great location and price for covered parking with clearance for our lifted forester with a roof top tent.

Good parking close to everything downtown, and it's rarely full, so a full parking won't be a problem.

Perfect parking for when you down town cause its impossible to find out door parking for only $12
