I was on the outlook for a good condition Honda City in the used car market and after a long month of research, shortlisted to visit AutoTrade. Have met Mr.Prakash and Mr.Zabi there who has helped me pick the vehicle of my choice. It's been 3 weeks and I am quite satisfied with the car and the service. Some of the things you should consider buying from AutoTrade are 1. Well maintained cars - Cars are kept under a roof, good inventory and clean vehicles 2. Transparency - They work on commission, won't hesitate to put you through the owner for negotiation. 3. Choice - They have hatchback to sedan to D segment vehicles, you will be spoilt for choice. But if you have a particular car in mind, they will get one for you. 4. Customer service - They guys here behave like Pro, very decent in their approach. Always willing to lend a helping hand even after Sale. They value customers and believe that good word of mouth will go a long way, and I agree. 5. Hassle-free Transfer - They will take care of paperwork (fee based) and get the documents taken care of. They have also tie up with Insurance agencies to help buyers ease the process if interested. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and doing business with Mr.Prakash

I bought a car from here and I have mixed experience. The overall process of visiting, inspection, test drive, paper work was smooth and the dealer even helped with insurance transfer. However, there are a few things though - 1. the commission at 3% is rather high. 2. The car was advertised as June 2015 mfg model but turned out to be Jan 2014! Since I was committed to the car by then, I went ahead. 3. There were claims about new tyres, new brake pads etc. but no bills were shared to confirm them. But the dealer has assured to provide his support post delivery for these claims if discrepancy arises. Update after 1 year: So far ownership experience has been trouble free. Thanks to Mr. Prakash for the hassle-free transactions.

We bought a Santro car at reasonable price from here. The car was of excellent condition. Yes we had to correct few things which is expected of a second hand car and also was told to us when buying. The staff was humble and gave us a lot of options with its pros and cons which helped us decide on the best. After 2-3 years of buying the car I reached out for an assistance to get documentation done for my car transfer (the car that I bought from them), with no hesitation Prakash came forward and did it for us. Provided me how to get it done to make sure it's all safe. After the transfer when asked for the charge of service, he didn't charge anything for his help. Thank you for all the support......

I was looking to buy a second hand car for my family needs. I went through a lot of second hand car showrooms before coming to this place. Mr Prakash has got some very nice collection of well maintained cars, both manual as well as automatic. He is well spoken and understands customer needs perfectly. I did test drive of ecosport automatic and ended up buying Ecosport from this place. All paper work was hassle free. New RC was delivered in approx 3 weeks as promised by Mr Prakash. He also referred loan and insurance guy in case those were required. Overall a very nice place if you are looking to buy a car for yourself or your family. Highly recommended. 10/10

buying an old car that too not from the actual showroom will always make you skeptical about multiple things. However, my experience with these guys was tad nice & smooth & that is because they, specially Mr. Prakash. M maintains a lot of transparency in all his dealings. I bought a Honda Brio and the overall experience so far is very good. A place I would highly recommend to the pre-owned car buyers.
