I bought a Chevy trail blazer from a very nice salesman named Gus. The vehicle had some issues which he agreed to fix. The mechanic who works there named Willy told me it was an oxygen sensor. I decided to take the vehicle to a certified mechanic before I took it back for them to fix. The certified mechanic said it was a camshaft solenoid. So I take it back to the dealer and I told them about the other problems the Certified mechanic told me the truck had. By the way the day I bought my truck when my sister and I was leaving, the Mechanic asked for our phone numbers and asked if we would go have drinks with him. Of course I said no. I am married. When I went to pick up my truck from supposedly being fixed he told me there was nothing wrong with my truck and ordered me to go put new tires on my truck and then wanted to bet me $20 that it would fix my truck. And I said yes like you said it was an oxygen sensor and it was not. He then got very mad and started yelling at me and walking towards me which made me feel very uncomfortable. The young girl who also works there seen and heard everything. This man was 3 inches from my face and yelling at me. Then he had my truck on a Jack and made the Jack fall very fast making my truck bounce up and down. When I mentioned I wanted to talk to the owner he finally walked off. The young girl named Valerie apologized for his actions and I told her I no longer felt comfortable going there and I surely did not feel comfortable with him working on my vehicle. I also told her I wanted to talk to the owner and she said she would let him know. I am still waiting to hear from the owner.

Save money and time!!! I went 4 times 4 times! Because they couldnt figure it out i was supposed to get a Sierra GMC 165 miles for 11k and 2500 down every guy i met gave me a different number and attitude. at the end the downpayment was me 3500 down and 14500 cash , place looks like a junkyard and unprofeccional. Worst experince in my life. I have 5 cars and never in my life had a problem like this folks. Ther inspection is also done caliente. Means no bueno.
