Very poor customer service. Had an express post delivered to their Post Office and was not notified. After following up through with several different staff members finally managed to source the parcel. One person in particular proved extremely unhelpful (Dianne) and was more interested in clocking off early before closing time.

Dear Rachel (I believe got your name right), you made our day today. Went to Northpark Au Post to apply Passport for my 3 kids. You were so calm & professional. Throughout the process you didn’t rush at all and even offer to wait till I get my daughter’s photograph. You are definitely the GEM. This is service from the heart.

Phone number that does not work and just rings out. No Saturday opening hours making parcel pickup impossible unlike ALL surrounding post offices. Avoid at all costs. Claimed it would take 10 days to transfer parcel to a competent post office which is no more then a 5 min drive away.

Racist service which is simply shocking and appalling. I visited on Thursday 27th February at 3:30pm to pick some items. Who would've thought racial discrimination would still exist in the 21st century? Only visit this post office if you would like to subjected to racial attitudes

Bloody awesome. The lady that served me had a 'Nothing is too hard darling' kind of attitude. When I showed her the actual novelty item that I was going to purchase but the other one to make the set wasn't on the shelf, she went out the back & found it for me.

Very poor customer service. I had some problems with the payment and the lady with glasses literally said 'that's it, off you go' and throughing things back to me. This made me lined up three times just to pay and electricity bill.

Did some of my application on passport here. Staff were very helpful and assisted me to the process and it took us a while due to some of my foreign documents. Appreciated to all the staff of the post office.

Very unfriendly business hours. It only opens for business between Monday and Friday between 9-5, extremely inconvenient for working class people who have to work between 9-5. I can never pick up my parcels.

Terrible service, rude and blunt. Just as bad as it was at my last visit 3 years ago. Had to come here today as my usual go-to post office at Walkerville was out of international express envelope.
