Seriously, no. One star is too generous! This is the worst institution I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. One review under their *other* name says "stop expecting everything to be made easy for you" but honestly mate, things shouldn't be made exceptionally hard for you either! The courses are unfathomably expensive and the customer service is below zero. I have been enrolled here for almost 4 years now and I have had nothing but issues. I'm talking SERIOUS breach of contract issues too, not just university being "hard". Don't expect to talk to anyone about your grievances either. Everybody just fobs you off to the next and tells you "I don't know". Honestly, it's appalling and I'm embarrassed to even be associated with such an incompetent organisation. There are only a handful of lecturers who save this place though, and even they are disgusted with how it is run. Please, please, please save your money and your sanity and DO NOT enroll here. Google the reviews on ACNT and you'll get information about the *real* student experience. They've rebranded too many times to tell who the hell you're getting when you complain

The teachers have been kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the industry. They are passionate about Natural Therapies and student success. The campus is really light and open and functional. The natural therapies campus is open to the public so you gain practical training and experience with full support and dispensary.
